I know it sounds crazy, but I had got sick at some point during my breast cancer. I'm pretty sure I had shoes that were there that no one ever reached out to me and I didn't notice until years later I can't say for sure. However, I can say after using them for a while supporting their business what they did to my bags and my shoes and then when I said something, they did absolutely nothing about it. They messed up the whole form of my bag from this day. I still don't wear it they look horrible.
