Kinsley bag's shoulder strap was unlined (raw suede) with this fact undisclosed in the description. It cheapened the look. When I complained that the edges looked fuzzy, they suggested I use a lint roller. No. Thankfully, I was able to return for a refund. Since my complaint, the description has been updated. read more

Back in 2013, my Partner bought me one of the first Bellfield Totes in Golden Rod...love it still today. This tote has kept its shape, color, straps are still perfect. Unfortunately for other customers, Fount retired the Bellfield, but brought it back with a lil twist. Fount is top notch quality leather. I also own a matching medium size clutch that fits perfect in the tote. My other Fount bag my Partner bought it the Classic Coventry Bucket Bag in Peppercorn. Another excellent leather bag from Fount...going on two years (I think) and it still looks as if I unwrapped it...I love love love Fount...oh did I mention that I just bought my fourth Fount product...I now own the Finley Clutch in Midnight...true fan, I wanted to share the Fount love, so I bought my Partner and my Nephew the Gordon Bifold Wallet in Hazelnut...I then turned around and bought my Niece (who adores my Founts) the Finley Clutch in Midnight...oh did I mention that I also have a tassel and a key holder for my first Belfield Tote...people buy Fount, if you want a long lasting, stylish leather product, then treat yourself to Fount. Update! Now an owner of an Atlas in chestnut. A Christmas gift from my love. It is divine. My two Fount's are the only handbags I carry. The Atlas will gain you many compliments and holds all the essentials (small size). Now to the original review: Proud owner of a black Finley clutch! Amazing craftsmanship. This bag has taken a bit of a beating... work travel, concerts, etc. 7 months into ownership and it still looks GREAT. I get lots of compliments on this minimalist piece. I was worried about the box shape at first... the corners getting banged up. However, the leather sturdy and the stitching is very well done. My prediction is that I will carry this bag for years to come as long as I give it some attention with leather cream. I plan on purchasing the larger Atlas bag soon. I like the clutch but sometimes need an over the shoulder type bag. This bag is worth every penny. Buy American, buy small-business... it not only feels good, but it looks good too! Thanks, Lebron!! I am an avid shopper - I know my brands - and my bag from Fount outshines even many top designers. My Large Grey Bellfield Tote is gorgeous. It is so impeccably made that it puts other leather goods makers to shame. Even the inner pockets are stitched with perfection, and the small details, like the FOUNT name in print and the metal interior buttons, are high-end. I also added the large tassel accessory to the bag, as well as an accompanying Finley clutch. The Finley clutch is just the right size-- you can use it as an interior holder for the bag or use it separately. When I use it solely as a clutch, I LOVE how much stuff I can get in it... and I get sooo many compliments. The handmade quality and beautiful leatherwork shows. Yes, some many consider them expensive. But you're going to have this bag FOREVER. Fount stands by their product. They'll show you how to properly clean it, and they're willing to spend as much time with you as possible, even if you're hopelessly stuck between the grey and black bags (not that I would know, or anything...) They have about five/six different colors to choose from, and absolutely everything is made locally. The owner, Jackie, is beyond lovely. She has set up an aesthetically beautiful store to shop in, and has expanded to other products, too. I have followed Fount since their earlier days and am lucky enough to have a few pieces that aren't made anymore. I recently purchased both the Arlington and Kinsley. I have had shoulder surgery and find most straps to continuously fall off my shoulder or hurt. These are probably the most comfortable straps of any bag I've owned (and I've owned A LOT of bags). They STAY on your shoulder. The quality of the bags is much higher than some I've owned for more than triple the price. The Arlington initially shipped with a small blemish and they replaced it right away. Good customer service combined with a great product! read more

Flew into Ohio for Cavs Game 3 of the finals from Atlanta. Wife let me go and it's her birthday so what to do? Not even a question Uber from the airport direct to Fount. We watched them on Cleveland Hustles and met the owners in Atlanta a year or so ago at American Fields traveling market. Was not disappointed purchased the Atlas after super great service from the staff. Wife is extremely happy and loves the product. I thinks it's a product for life. My boyfriend and I came to Gordon Square to visit Fount with with the family, because we watched their episode of Cleveland Hustles. The store was awesome and the staff was extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I was so pleased with the quality of their leather goods, that I walked out of the store with the Coventry bucket bag and penny pouch necklace. Both are very high quality pieces that I know will last for a lifetime! The staff also told us about their studio tour. It was just our luck we were able to visit their studio and meet the Fount Team and owners. The team was so warm & welcoming. Jackie gave a great tour and explained how each piece is handmade and sewn. Just watching how the leather goods came together was amazing. I am very happy to have had the opportunity to find such a great company that provides great quality goods and believes in such a great ethical work environment. I got my first Fount bag about 2 years ago and have been in love with it ever since. The quality is unmatched, especially given the fact that everything is designed and made in Cleveland. I've since gotten a turban and clutch and have my eyes set on other products as well. When I found out they were opening their first storefront in my neighborhood I was so excited. I wandered into this store about a year ago to browse and have thought about them for a while, but owned a Louis Vuitton and just couldn't justify purchasing. Well finally decided to replace and started by purchasing a Bellfield tote to use as a laptop bag. Fell in love and just went back and purchased smaller Bellfield for my everyday purse. The bags are beautiful and so well made. Each has an uniqueness to it that is natural from the leather. Wish I had found them sooner, would never have bought the LV. I am the proud owner of the Bellfield Tote, Finley Clutch and the Turban. I love them all the same but my two purses by far get the most use! Fount offers the most beautiful, quality leather handbags in the market. I first saw these at the Cleveland Flea, where one of the founders, Jackie, explained that all of the bags are handcrafted right at their studio in Cleveland. The next day I went to their store and met her cofounder and husband, Phillip, where he spoke about the incredible quality behind each product and their vision to make the best handbag. They both were so kind, warm and earnest. I felt so good about my purchase. So cool to support a local company making a top of a line product that is so tied to the community and one that the brand truly stands behind, so much so that they offer a lifetime warranty. I already want to buy another bag from them!
