I recently moved to Nevada and was looking for a home cleaning service. I began my search with the internet and other social media platforms ultimately ending my search with Yelp. I was very familiar with cleaning companies, since, I used one in my prior state. With that, my expectations were extremely high. The company needed to be trustworthy, with a good work ethic and integrity beyond reproach. This was critical since I'm allowing people into my home. After reading the reviews, I decided to go with this company. I made an appointment and the workers showed up as scheduled and on time. I was promised 2 hours based on the size of my home. Two hours on the dot, the ladies were finished. And, I must say they did a phenomenal job. The floors, windows, blinds and mirrors were cleaned and my entire home smelled amazing. The ladies worked as a team and were extremely efficient. It was clearly evident that they were very skilled in their work. This speaks volumes of the company and who they employ as well as the attention to detail and the importance they put on customer service. Kimberly, you want to know what really bothers me -- I actually told you the house was dirty. Nothing filthy but dirty. The house belonged to my elderly parents who my Dad suddenly passed away without warning. My Mom is disabled. We got the house completely empty to the bone, did surface cleaning, but we knew it needed deep cleaning, which is why you were hired in the first place. I literally pointed out some dirt on the floor, which your cleaners completely ignored. When I did the quick walk through after they packed up, I pointed out a couple of areas they obviously missed, including a 12" dirty drip in the shower tub that they left. Your website boasts this "magical" deep cleaning, sparkling floors, and expert cleaners who came across as amateurs. You take zero responsibility for your downfalls, never offered an apology, and your ego is combative when it comes to customer complaints, which you clearly cannot handle or deal with. Again, the house was dirty but it was NOT filthy. I had your cleaners work in an empty and cleared house with all the time they needed, paid them $380 for a 2br 2ba house plus cash tips, and they still did a lousy job. You have no right to bring up my other reviews that I've left, including saying the house was terrible and neglected. It's insulting to me and my parents. Dirty, yes, but NOT terrible or neglected. You also had no right to take photos of the house without my permission. The services in Las Vegas are mostly below par, but you've been living here so long, you've lost sight on quality and care like most of the longtime businesses here. Your website write up is absurd and ridiculous, citing celebrity clients. Of course you go the extra mile for them, but not for the average customer. Again, you boast about "deep cleaning" which is exactly why I hired you, but didn't deliver. Bottom line -- I was honest with you from the beginning, your cleaners did a bad job, and you can't handle it. That's it. Read this again and make the improvements needed to save your company. I can take my own photos of the house in areas your cleaners neglected. On top of all this, your communication is terrible. I texted you the day before to confirm arrival details and didn't hear a word until I texted you again later in the evening. The day of, your cleaners arrived late and I had to stand in an empty house well over an hour from the time you told me; 11:00am arrival time. Then when I reached out to you asking if the cleaners were still coming, it was the first time you told me they would arrive between 11am to 12pm. They arrived at 12:10pm and finished at 3:40pm. I had to hire another cleaning company to do what your cleaners didn't do. STOP your foolish defense tactics and take some responsibility for your bad service. Your ego is getting in the way for much needed improvements. Sadly, again, you cannot handle customer complaints. I didn't realize your cleaners only clean houses that are already clean. Don't ever insult me or my parents again, and accuse us of neglecting the house when your own cleaners neglected to do their job! Pathetic services and business from you! read more

Unprofessional in my opinion. After searching online for a cleaning company that offered post construction clean up I found several but they seemed more knowledgeable about the process. I contacted them and sent an email inquiring about the service. Kimberly called me the next day and seemed very pleasant and I told her what we were looking for after just having renovations on our home. We ended the conversation with her giving me a quote and I told her I was going to go over everything we discussed with my fiancé and figure out when we could schedule because we work from home often. She told me that when I was ready to schedule to give her a call back. I called back the very next morning and left a detailed message stating that I would like to schedule the post-construction clean as soon as possible and to my surprise (or maybe not surprised based on reviews I've since read) crickets... no response, no call back no anything and it's been two days since. Who turns down money lol? They must be so busy that they can afford to be rude and dismissive, if so good for them and I wish them the best with that. With that being said, if you can't even give me a courtesy phone call back how on earth can I expect you to be reliable and on top of that it makes me strongly consider the negative reviews where people talk about them being unreliable, late or unprofessional. Every service person and company we've dealt with since purchasing our home in March has been extremely responsive and reliable and we are very good clients to every company we've dealt with during this process, so at this point we've moved on to the next company and we have our scheduled cleaning next week. read more

She agreed to comp me for the girls leaving early but then took it back and tried to say it was bc the girls had to take the trash out and wash dishes with "maggots" in them lol. She claimed to have a picture of this from the girls but couldn't send me it for proof lol? Yeah bc that was a stretch. I wanted housekeeping because I have two cats and the amount of cat hair all over the floor and the furniture was starting to become ridiculous. The worst cleaning I have ever had! If I could give it zero stars I would. My house was not dusted, not all my mirrors were wiped down, the jars in my kitchen were dusty, the hood wasn't touched at all. I have used this company once before in October. I was scheduled for surgery and my husband wanted me to come home to a nice clean house. He was so happy with everything they did and with Kimberly. He told me how incredibly nice she was, he was very impressed. She was so sweet to get us in without much notice at all! Unfortunately my hospital stay was much longer than expected so I didn't get to see all their hard work, but my family tells me it was great! I just called again today for another cleaning. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kimberly this time. Wow! This woman is amazing. I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about her. After a couple of years I canceled my service with Kimberly's Kleaning Service.. amazingly she never asked why or what happened to make this decision. I take full responsibility for not canceling much sooner. They broke a mirror in my bathroom and never told me. It was the details that the never did like cleaning the light switch, the handle on the doors or wiping a door. The icing on the cake was when I walked into my bedroom when the left and the comforter was simply thrown on the bed. Well a new cleaning service just started today and I know now how my house should be cleaned.. this knew service moved my dining room chairs and polished the frame. My house was amazingly clean. It is only me and my husband and my house is typically clean. I paid Kimberly's service for 2 hours and they were seldom at my house for more than 1 and half hours. read more

UPDATE: since posting this yelp review the owner Kimberly just personally called me to bitch me out. She said how dare I post a yelp review after she personally reached out to me to make it better. Then she started telling me that she didn't want to get into it with me And that she wouldn't be coming back to my house. Then she the audacity to go on and criticize my character because I posted this yelp review. She said how dare I post this review when she said that she was personally going to come to my house on Wednesday to take care of matters. That is bullshit. She said she would send a new cleaning crew. But hey actions speak louder than words take a look at all the negative yelp reviews. Also I tip them 20 bucks. $10 each. That was after Kimberly the owner on the phone during the estimate only told me to tip them five dollars each nothing more nothing less. So how do you like my character now Kimberly? Who's the better person now? Trying to cheat your employees out of money. Stay far away!! I wanted a "deep cleaning" since I am having company come in town this weekend. They crew of two ladies arrived on time and I walked them through my house explaining what needed to be done. Mainly I wanted the walls, windows, baseboards and floors done, just like their website says. When I asked about the walls, they said they don't do them?? When Kimberly personally asked me to pick up dry erasers to help the girl out in case they came across some hard to remove smudges. I left the ladies in the company of my husband while I went to work. I came home on my lunch and about shit a brick!! I could not believe I had just paid $195 for this "deep clean". I was in shock so I immediately called and left a voicemail. I continued walking around my house inspecting and kept finding more gross things. In all I left three voicemails before Kimberly called me back. I'm sure the only reason she called was that I mentioned I worked for the media. She had apologized and told me that she would have a new crew come out on Wednesday to clean it properly. Now after reading all these other reviews, I'm not sure. They were supposed to show up between 12pm-2pm and got there a little after 3:15pm. There was two ladies that showed up to clean. It seemed like they barely had any cleaning supplies with them. When I booked the service I told Kimberly that it was a BRAND NEW HOUSE that we hadn't moved into yet, so there was literally nothing there besides the appliances. No furniture, no cleaning supplies. They took 3 hours to clean - which seemed odd, because there's not much to clean. But I have them the. We benefit of the doubt and hoped they were just doing a really good job. I got back to the house after the three hours and they were finishing up mopping and vacuuming. I noticed a few little things that weren't as clean as I would have liked them to be, but I didn't get to upset about it and I paid the $200 for three hours of cleaning plus a $30 tip. The next my boyfriend and I stopped by after work to get a better look and we notice that windows were still dirty, there were spots in the bathroom that has dirt or dried paint that I could scrape off with my fingernail. In the master bathroom there is still lime build up on the shower head that I specifically pointed out when they got there. It looks like they broke one of the lights above our bathroom mirror as well. The shelf in the laundry room that I specifically asked them to clean wasn't touched and full of dust. I am very unsatisfied with this service. I just don't understand what they did for three hours in an empty house when it barely looks like they vacuumed and dusted, and the tile floor looks like they mopped it with water and that's about it. The only good thing is the microwave and oven in the kitchen look a little bit cleaner but overall it looks like I could have done a better job by myself and for cheaper. read more

I wish I had read reviews before I chose this company. I'm usually pretty good at doing my research but I made the mistake and didn't do it this time. I'm very disappointed. Paying $250 for 3 and a half hours of work that after really going through my house looking at, I could have done, not only done myself but in less time. When I originally set up the appointment for my cleaning I explained that I wanted the deep clean/spring cleaning. I was told that I would go through the house when the ladies came and be able to tell them what I wanted done and where I wanted extra attention. She said that if I could leave for a few hours to be out of the way, they ask you to do so. I figured ok that would probably be easier because I have a 3 year old so he would have toys out all over the place. When the ladies arrived the one couldn't speak English at all and the other that could, only enough to get by. They came in, didn't introduce themselves just said can they will start upstairs. I said ok and was trying to explain some of the things but after realizing that either she didn't understand what I was saying or just didn't care I stopped and didn't even bother. Figured I'll see what they do and hoped that it would be what I had set the appointment up for. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong. Essentially what I got was maybe a regular basic clean. Things that I would normally do myself every week. None of my toilets on the bottom side of them where cleaned. My floors where mopped but you could tell they didn't vacuum them first or didn't do a good job at it because I couldn't walk around in bare feet without getting things stuck to the bottom of my feet. That part was worse after they cleaned than they were before they cleaned. I keep my floors vacuumed all the time for that reason. I can't stand that so I had to go vacuum myself anyway. My railings weren't cleaned. Fronts of kitchen cabinets weren't cleaned. Fronts of bathroom cabinets weren't done. So much stuff wasn't cleaned. None of what it listed for the deep cleaning/spring cleaning was done. The list is too long to list all the things that weren't done. Then the grossest thing of all, when I did come home and they told me they were done, I walked in my kitchen and the girl was washing all the cleaning stuff out in my kitchen sink. Who does that. That is gross and unsanitary. That is where I make food to feed my family. I know I am picky about my cleaning because I am a neat, clean freak but I expect certain things to be done especially when I'm paying to have it done. To pay that much and get less than half assed is extremely disappointing. I guess they ask you to leave for a few hours so they can do as little as possible, run the time up and be able to get paid for nothing. Very very disappointing. I am back to square one needing the things I originally needed done still needing to be done yet I spent how much money for nothing. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone read more

Just had our house cleaned this morning by Kimberly's Kleaning and the two ladies they sent were great. Our house looks great. We have a 2 story 3000 sgft home and the ladies did a great job. The kitchen looks awesome and the hardwood floors look amazing. We pride ourself's on keeping a clean home and they made it look even better. They even cleaned our garage floor which has an epoxy coating on it. Great company!!!! I have used Kimberly's for years. They always do a great job and my wife loves her girls as they are happy to be doing what they do and always go over and above what's expected. On multiple occasions I have had to call Kimberly as company called and "happen to be in town" or a holiday party was put together at the last minute and a compete cleaning was needed ASAP and every time she found a way to fit me in to her busy schedule. If you want a great company with people who care and go above and beyond what's expected give her a try. You will not be disappointed . Kimberly really tries to provide the best service possible. Found Kimberly's Kleaning service from Yelp and decided to give it a try last month because we had some company coming in and being 8 months pregnant wasn't really great when trying to clean by myself :) The ladies came to the house on time and got right to work cleaning! I had scheduled a spring cleaning which is an total cleaning of the house! The counters shined, the bathroom sparkled and best of all our all tile down stairs was swept and mopped! And how they got our couches to look brand new I'll never know! The ladies were here for 2.5 hours and the total was $150. Edit: I've found another maid service who does a great job and the price is based on your house size. I pay $65 for a house cleaning. And I add on for tip. Much better price and I have the same team each time. It's great to see them and they do a great job. I haven't used Kimberly's cleaning since. The price is the adjustment in rating. read more

When scheduling the appointment for a move in clean. I requested a focus on bathrooms and kitchen because we were removing all carpeting and hiring another company to steam tiles. I was also told that cabinets and drawers would be cleaned out. With almost no personal belongings in the house I expected a much better cleaning. There was still makeup powders in the drawers, the faucets still had grime, and crumbs on the pantry shelves. I will say that the stove was cleaned very well, but other than that I'm not sure what else was done. read more
