This place is awesome!! Sasha did an acrylic fill for me (and beautifully fixed a botched acrylic set I got a few weeks ago). She really paid attention to detail and made sure I was happy with the shape of my nails. I especially appreciate that my nails aren't super thick and unnatural looking. Sasha used hot towels on my hands twice which was nice, and at the end there's a short hand massage with nice lotion. The salon is clean and well-organized. They had tons of colors to choose from - both gel and regular polish. I paid $37 (not including tip) for an acrylic fill and gel manicure. Also, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! This place was busy as soon as they opened at 10 AM. A woman came in as I was getting my nails done expecting her usual person to be available without an appointment. She was surprised to learn she would have to wait at least an hour. This place is good, so expect to wait a while if you don't make an appointment. read more

I used to love going to this place, but it has changed. The manager (forgot her name) is not the friendliest and it almost feels like she has "favorites". I used to live in the area and went for many years and recommended many people here (I posted the first photos here on yelp). I guess because I no longer go every month my business is no longer valued. So I will be taking my business elsewhere due to two incidents where she was unwelcoming to me and a separate incident where she was like that with my mom. I always feel like she's rushing me, plus the wait times have significantly increased. I left 3 stars because they probably still do nice nails and the other women working here tend to be very nice. read more

If u want bleeding cuticles and fingertips this is your place to go. I got a full set and the acrylic was thick and lumpy. She used the buffer on my cuticles and cut me on my fingers. She then proceeded to buff the side of my nails but ended up cutting me again. Terrible job. Will not be returning!! The set came off within a week!! read more

The nail tech is quick and thorough. It's a great place to get a mani/pedi especially if you enjoy some peace and quiet.

I went to get my nails done today but worked with a different technician than usual. The wait was about an hour, which is fair considering I did not make an appointment and a few people ahead of me were getting acrylic nails (like me). Overall, the customer service was great and pleasant. My only issue is I ended up paying $40 for my manicure when the technician I usually go to charges $30 (without a design). So, I was expecting to pay $35 since I wanted the design, displayed somewhere in the pictures, but $5 more isn't terrible...Anyway my nails are the claws with the wine colour and the cross and my sister's are the light pink coffin acrylics. She got them done four days ago and they still look soo beautiful!! She went to the technician I usually go to, but I have no complaints with my nails. I think stylistically both are on a level playing field, which is rare in the nail industry. read more

The customer service and wait time at this establishment is laughable. Two different nail technicians worked on me and stopped mid way to work on other customers. Their only saving grace is that they are clean and the nail polish is of good quality, hence the two stars. I decided to give this place a second chance purely on the fact that I had a gift card. This is still my favorite spot for manicures, pedicures and waxing. The tech I go to faithfully is Jessie. She gives u a killer foot massage during your pedi. Her precision for waxing is on point. Her manicures last. During mani's, she gives u a killer hand massage. She's the best. Hands down. They open a new pack of tools for each customer and put a new large cellophane pedi shower cap on the pedi tub for each customer. It's very sanitary. This establishment is a 15-minute drive from my home and I was excited about the plastic pedicure spa tub covers. A bonus for a germaphobe! I walked in and stood between the counter and the door waiting for someone to acknowledge me like they do in all the other salons I've been to. After standing there for 10-15 minutes without even a glance in my direction, I decided to choose my color and sit down. Guess we'll have to use the honor system. There were three employees working, and two people ahead of me. Or so I thought. I had been waiting for 40-45 minutes and was "next" when someone who called in earlier walked in for a 1 o'clock appointment. At that point, someone finally asked me, "What you want?". I told them I wanted a pedicure. Okay, one person ahead of me. Shortly thereafter, someone else walked in. Unbeknownst to me, this client had a standing appointment at the salon so she was going to go ahead of me also. Back to two people ahead of me. At this point, it had been an hour, so I left. I've waited an hour before at nail salons. But I always had a good gauge on how long the waiting time would be based on communication. When I walk into a salon, I can't possibly know about the number of people who called ahead and what services the people ahead will be getting. I won't be going back but if this place is local for you and/or you are concerned with fungus, this may still be a good place for you. read more

Can't believe I didn't find this place before! It's such an amazing nail salon, everything is clean and they use new tools for each customer. I went in for a pedicure and decided to try out the aroma spa which was a great choice on my part. Made the whole experience even more relaxing. Everyone was nice and I never felt rushed. Definitely making this my new spot! Definitely a hidden gem. read more
