Last week had an unfortunate event where their operator failed to start the wash when my vehicle was guided through the wash tunnel. Resulted in both my wiper blade arms being torn off my car and broken. The car wash elements were dragged across my car causing the damage. They have video proof the wash was never started. I first tried to reconcile with the on-site staff. They advised they could do nothing and after 2 tries, eventually connected me with a supposed manager. After on/off communication with this manager, I was offered a free interior detail as compensation. I do not need that service and insisted they offer me a full or partial refund to reimburse me for cost to replace both wiper blades. Ultimately they refused to do so and I cancelled my 2 memberships with them. I see there have been prior damage incidents at this location that went unresolved. Buyer beware. We won't be back.

The staff is very friendly and does a good job of working with you to get what you want as well. They do offer free WiFi for anyone wondering.
