They were quicker than quoted on the emissions testing (20 min vs 10) but the checkout woman was not very kind and you could tell she had no care for your questions. Looking everywhere but you and made me feel like an inconvenience. I paid $18.50 for the emissions inspection which includes a free car wash. What I didn't know is that it doesn't include DIY vacuuming. If you want vacuuming it's an additional $30. read more

They advertise $24.95 oil change, done in 10 minutes. My truck holds 7 qts of oil not 5. My walk out charge was $67.74. They charged me $31.98 for parts? What parts? The $13.98 for two qts of regular oil. I will never go back. And it took 25 minutes. read more

I guess complaining about the service is starting to pay out. Problem is that the monthly wash service was still leaving streaks and dirt on it. That at times I had to take it thru the wash twice or more and even when they supposedly wipe it down was still leaving dirt behind. Not sure if they got it together or it was my lucky day but my truck looks spotless. Like they actually did there job and now I don't even have to cancel my membership. Carspa is by far the best full service car wash I've used. I mainly come for the interior detailing services when I don't have enough time to do it myself, and they knock it out of the park! Not only that, but their prices are so much more reasonable compared to other full service car wash places in this area. The staff was super kind and helpful. And, one of the managers, Christopher, went out of his way to make sure that my vehicles were down really well on the inside when I told him that I was having them done in advance of having a baby this week - I wanted the cars to be really clean when we bring our kiddo home from the hospital. On Sunday 3/15/2025, I was shopping in the area around Beltline and Marsh, and spotted a promotional sign that offered their new unlimited service for $9.99 for the first month, so I figured I'd try their service. I pull up to the cashier stand, a young lady approached my vehicle, and greeted me. I asked what the options were, and decided to choose the Diamond Shield plan for $39.99 a month, with the first month at $9.99. I asked what the terms were, and she told me I could not cancel the plan for two months, and that I could only use the service twice a week - I responded that the plan states "UNLIMITED" and she insisted I could only use it twice a week. I proceed throught the wash tunnel, and upon exiting, I was directed to a drying area. The person drying my vehicle did it pretty quickly, so I drove to their gas station side of the property, and noticed they didn't dry my whole vehicle, causing me to have to dry it myself. Kind of defeats the purpose of this service. I figured, maybe they were having a bad day. I used the service again yesterday Friday 3/21/2025, and the same exact subpar level of service. I already cancelled my service, and called their Customer Service department to further explain why I cancelled. I wish I would have read the reviews here before wasting my time with this business. read more

UPDATE: Since I am unable to respond to the comment that was left by the manger "Gary L.", here is his response: "Arlisa, according to our records, your vehicle had existing damaged spots before entering our wash tunnel. That was the reason why your incident claim was denied. Under daily safety check and maintenance, our car wash tunnel is very safe, and there is no possible way that the car wash equipment with soft cloth could cause the alleged damage. We are known for our safe and great car wash experience, and we welcome you to inspect our wash tunnel yourself. Please feel free to call us at 972-243-2932 for further discussion." Now, I called the number provided as was told "no one by that name works here." If you read the other reviews, you will see that Car Spa NEVER takes accountability for their issues. As it pertains to damage Mr. Gary, you cannot say that is you see damage on ANY PART of my car, if you cause additional damage, you are not responsible. First, Carlos stated that the damage on my bumper was due to the "door dent." Then Marcellio stated that the damage on the bumper was due to "a scratch on the trunk." (I have all of this on video) Finally, no one from corporate has even spoken to me. I have received no calls, no response to my email, NOTHING! There has been no attempt to resolve this matter in any way AT ALL! THERE IS A VIDEO showing that there was no damage to the area of my car in questions (I have a copy of the video) AND YET, Car Spa continues to deny ALL liability. At this point, it is clear that I have no choice but to resolve this in a legal manner. This is not the route that I wish to take, however, since Car Spa is refusing to work with me in any way (This coming from Marcellio and Carols) my hands are tied!!!!! __________________________________________________________________________________ Where do I even begin. On 3/30/2025, I took my car to get washed at the Farmers Branch location in Dallas, Tx. This is right off of Belt Line Road and Marsh Lane. I paid the $9.99 a few weeks ago because I thought it would save money for a quick wash. I go through the was, wait for my car to come out, everything seemed fine, so I head to my next stop. Upon arriving to the gym (8 minutes away) I look at my car to see a big amount of paint missing on my passenger side bumper. I IMMEDIATELY turned around and went back to address the issue. I was meet by manager Carlos. I showed him the damage. Carlos walks around my car and began to point out small scratches on my car and says "you have damaged on your door so that's why the paint came off" I said "WHAT?" He than began to insist that I came in with a damaged car. I asked him to review the camera and at first he refused. After demanding to see the camera, he told me to wait in the lobby while he "reviews" the footage. After about 10 minutes, Carlos calls me in the office, shows me where there was NO DAMAGE to my car going in. He then says "do you see this spot, thats damage. So we are not liable." I tried to explain that I brought a dirty car to a carwash and you are really trying to say that dirt was damage? I then asked to speak to the GM whose name he refused to give. I finally get the GM name and am told to talk to him tomorrow. That night I filed my first complaint through corporate. The next day I call and speak to the GM Macellio who said the same thing as Carlos, they are not responsible. When I stated that was unacceptable, I was then told to bring the car back which I did! Again, they continue to deny liability. Finally, I was told corporate would call me in two days. Fast forward to 4/1/2025, Marcellio calls and again says we are denying damage because we see "other damage" on your car. So let me get this straight! If my window is damaged and you damage my door, due to the window damage you are not responsible for the damage to the door? I was pissed! I called corporate again and filed an escalated complain. I am now in the process of suing CarSpa over something that could have easily been resolved. But now, we have to go to court! This is the WORST experience ever! I was not treated with respect at all! Even the two girls at the front desk unhung the phone on me multiple times. I hope CarSpa comes to their scenes but I doubt it! See you in court! read more

Hello, I am writing to address a troubling experience I had at your establishment on September 13, 2024, when I brought my 2021 Volkswagen Jetta in for an oil change. The unprofessional conduct throughout the process is concerning, and I need to bring this to your immediate attention. Upon arrival at Car Spa, (3690 Beltline Road) I inquired about the specifics of the oil change and which oil would be best for my vehicle. The young woman assisting me responded with, "Uhhhhm, whichever one is most expensive is probably the best one," indicating a lack of knowledge. Around the same time, two young men began inspecting my car without any explanation or understanding of what was required, which felt inappropriate. I decided to proceed despite my concerns, and the young woman offered me a car wash, which I accepted. After approximately 30 minutes, I received my car back, only to find the battery light on and the vehicle struggling to operate--indicating a possible battery drain. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to investigate the issue right away, as I had to return to work. Later, when I attempted to start the car, it wouldn't start at all and required a jump. To address my concerns, I took my car to the dealership, which resulted in over $500 in expenses for a new battery. I need to ascertain whether this was simply a coincidence or if something at your establishment contributed to the battery's complete drainage. Last week, on Thursday, October 10, 2024, I requested that the camera footage be reviewed. I was assured I would receive a callback; however, I have yet to hear back. Upon calling again, I received the same response, I spoke with a male service manager who claimed that "they didn't do anything wrong" and that the only issue he noticed was that my license plate was "zip tied to my car." This is untrue, and if he indeed reviewed the footage with the license plate number provided, he would have confirmed that. At this point, I feel as though I am being misled. I am not looking to assign blame; I simply need clarity on the source of the battery issue. Additionally, if an error occurred on the part of your employees at Carspa, I expect transparency regarding that matter, especially as I attempt to resolve another issue related to the battery sold to me that day by Clay Cooley. This was my first time trying this particular Car Wash Spa. I was warmly greeted instantly upon swinging open the front door. It was hella spacious inside. The wait time for a $30 service wasn't bad maybe 30-40 minutes tops. There were a few thing's I noticed that weren't totally clean clean so I asked for a shammy and cleaned the areas myself. No one really knows how well to detail one's whip or ride but that individual. I'll return...sometimes second changes are beneficial. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I took my fiancée's car there this morning for an inspection only because the take 5 next door didn't have an inspector on staff at the moment. Assuming it would be pretty open and shut despite the loads of negative reviews for this place I figured I'd give it a shot. After a quick fifteen minute wait I got called back up to the counter, only to be told the car failed the inspection due to the window tint being "lower than the required tint percentage". I've gotten my car inspected at many different shops throughout the state of Texas and never have I been told that the window tint wasn't dark enough. Despite being failed, they still required me to pay $25.50 for the inspection. Begrudgingly I paid and went over to the nearest other take 5 by forest & marsh. The car was inspected and passed immediately. I asked the tech there about the situation and whether he'd ever heard of a car being failed for that and he'd only brought it up to people with tint that was too dark, never for not having enough tint. My fiancée then called and spoke to the manager Kevin who then told her that she would need to bring a note from her eye doctor confirming that the tint level on her car is okay for her eyes. What the fuck????? Now we're bringing our optometrists into car inspections? We went back with the passed inspection receipt from take 5 and demanded a refund, which was given without relative difficulty, despite some unnecessary attitude from front desk attendant Alexis. I've since heard from two other people just today that they've had the exact same thing happen to them at this same location, including a stolen car charger. If you're looking to get $25 stolen from you (and maybe more?) and waste your time and patience, then this place is great. If not, go literally anywhere else. This place can, and I say this with full sincerity, eat my shit. read more
