DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE! They showed up a day late, charged more than they said they would, did not do half the things on their checklist from the website, damaged my home and stole property. After calling several times over the course of a month trying to get them to answer and fix the problems they caused I have given up trying to work with them and filed a police report for the items they took from my car and damaged caused to my property. Really disappointed with the whole experience and was trying to give my wife a great birthday present of a detailed car as that is all she wanted for her birthday. If you are thinking of trying this company, don't and run the other way!!!! read more

Had my 2015 Suburban detailed today by Brandon Jenkins and he did a pretty good job! I haven't had my truck truly detailed in about 2 years but have had it washed regularly and vacuumed regularly. I keep it clean but because it's a "Soccer mom" ride, I don't have the time to get in the cup holders or little crevices like I'd like to do. Enter Mr. Brandon Jenkins! He was on time, very courteous and got right to work. The day was STIFLING HOT and while I was working in my air conditioned office, he was sweating it out getting my windshield crystal clean from the inside (girls like to put their nasty soccer feet on my dash) to the cup holders and crevices. The only little thing that kept this from being a 5-star was the fact he forgot to get the back seat rear cup holders cleaned from grime and get an old Starbucks frap cup that one of my "wonderful" daughters left behind (she promised me she had already thrown it in the trash). The tv screens needed to be wiped down, too. After I pointed those things out to him, he promptly cleaned them and I re-checked them to make sure they were up to snuff...they were and it was a beautifully done job! Jonathan did an amazing job at completely transforming the inside of my car! I'm so impressed. I own two Siberian huskies and let me tell you they shed so much! I've tried personally to get all the hair out of my seats and floor mats. He was able to remove everything from spilt coffee to all the dog hair. My car looks brand spank'n new. I contacted Jonathan Castillo in advance to set up having three full size trucks to be detailed at my place of Employment. After being told I needed to provide at least a 48 hour notice we agreed to a date and time of 7:00 a.m. I informed my two co-workers of the date and time the two of them and myself arrived to work early with the impression of having our vehicles taken care of. After 20 minutes of not receiving some type of contact from anyone, I texted Mr. Castillo and asked what the status was of getting our vehicles detailed. He explained that the technician was going to be late due to having to pick up a piece of equipment. After waiting another hour and 20 minutes and not being updated by anyone I texted Mr. Castillo and informed him to not have his technician show up do to having meeting scheduled. He then wanted to know when I would be back from my meetings. I try not to be that guy that leaves bad remarks all the time but I must say this was very unprofessional of a company to handle business this way. My time and schedule is very limited and extremely busy so I value every free moment I may get. Unfortunately Mr. Castillo doesn't value my time the way I do. I do have to say that Mr. Castillo has just missed out on establishing a steady amount of clientele. We all three have 2018 trucks that are fairly clean and would have been easy money plus a tip for the technician. I am extremely disappointed with this entire situation. read more

Jonathan did such a great job on detailing my vehicle that I received full trade-in value at the dealership!! Trust me, my car was a nightmare before he cleaned it up to brand new condition. I had to come on Yelp! and list these guys for them because if you're looking for a car detailing, this is tops. First of all the quality of service is amazing - my car is sparkling, interiors are vacuumed, shined and just perfect - like new. Second, this place is extremely well priced. Where others charge $100+, their basic starts at $40 and tops off t $150 and you're not compromising anything. Third, it's super convenient. My office building happened to call them over so all of the employees here took advantage but they come to your home too! Lastly, they're environmentally friendly. Their "steam" washing conserves TONS of water and it works just as (if not more) effectively as traditional methods. Please check them out! read more

We were in town and had a sudden need to get our car cleaned. We called them and they were able send someone out the same day. I'm not an expert on car detailing or anything, but the person they sent showed up early and worked their butt off on our car. It looked amazing when they were done! Price seemed like a great value. Got a groupon for Carpet Cleaning from SteamWorks. Attempted to call them almost everyday for last 15 days to set an appointment. They never pick calls and they never return calls even after numerous voice mails. I have never seen such unprofessional cleaners so far. If you want to lose your money or get yourself some worst experience, then steam works is the right place for this. I will never attempt to work with them in near future. I would consider my groupon money as lost and move forward. read more

I wanted to trade-in my car for a new car and decided to have it detailed to get the maximum trade-in value. Sheldon from Steamworks came over to my house on the day after Christmas and did a fantastic job thoroughly cleaning and detailing the interior, exterior, trunk and engine compartment. The car literally looked as good as the day I brought it home from the dealership. He went the extra mile getting out all the scuffs, stains and even the hard-to-see spots. Sheldon spent almost 2 1/2 hours on the car getting it into tip top shape. The next day, I took it to a dealership and I was in a remarkably strong negotiating position based purely upon the condition of my car. I got $2,000 more than I was expecting to get on my trade-in. Thank you Sheldon and Steamworks! I would have given them five stars but Sheldon apologetically arrived about an hour and a half late. Despite this, I would definitely use Steamworks again. read more
