I waited at home all day for this person to arrive so I could open the door and help get the very large box inside. The box weighs easily 300 pounds and as an 82-year old woman who lives alone, I have no one to bring it in nor can I pick it up. It will remain outside and probably be stolen until the person who is coming to "assemble" the chair , if it's still there, arrives a week from now. Despite the sign, the evidently illiterate person who brought the box left it on the front porch and ran without ringing the doorbell. I even ran out the door yelling, "STOP!!" at him. He sped away as fast as possible without responding. Either the UPS delivery people are illiterate or they are careless, stupid, rude, ignorant, inconsiderate and worthless human beings. I suspect the latter. STAY AWAY.

I have not moved. So called support and they were going to have them redeliver today 3/3. Saw the driver pull up, NEVER GOT OUT OF HIS TRUCK, and left without delivering my package. Called support again and dispatcher said he informed them it didn't look like there was anyone here. So again my tracking says "Delivery exception Incorrect address - Recipient moved". I asked her how he would know if there wasn't anyone here when he NEVER got out of the truck! Dispatch said he would be back later today to deliver my package and then support calls back and says it will be tomorrow and confirmed my ADDRESS AGAIN. This is RIDICULOUS. I haven't had any other issues getting my things shipped here from UPS or USPS. GET IT TOGETHER FEDEX! Time for some new drivers apparently.
