This company is the bomb! I have moved quite a bit in my life and I have been fortunate enough to have fairly decent movers for most of my moves. On a scale of 1-10 - most fell around the 6/7 mark and a few were near zero. Elite Moving is a 20!! From start to finish these guys were impressive. Quick email replies (even after hours), very polite and informative phone calls and that's just the management! The movers were exceptional on every level. Layne, Raymond and Tim were truly the BEST!! Upbeat, polite, fast, efficient and most importantly, they handled every item we owned, like they were moving their personal belongings. Not one thing was missing, broken or mishandled. Unfortunately for them I was moving to a third story apartment, it was hot, humid and some of the items were very heavy. I really felt for sorry for them. However, not one complaint, foul word or disgruntlement was ever said or shown...as a matter of fact, when I carried up my wimpy light stuff from the car - each time, one of them offered to do it for me. This is the best moving company I have ever used. Jakob, Andrew, and the crew at Elite are knowledgeable, punctual, efficient, patient, kind, and gentlemanly. They are so organized, there wasn't a thing I had to do. The estimate was very reasonable, and then the final cost turned out to be less than the estimate. It was a huge move, and it was all done on time and under budget. Everything ended up in the new house exactly where I needed it to be; not one thing broke, got scratched, or went missing. I called Elite Moving to see if they were available to do a very small move for us. I was moving my Mom from a one-bedroom assisted Living apartment to different Assisted Living facility. The initial person with whom I spoke was courteous and helpful and said they would be able to accommodate our small move, letting me know that a two-hour minimum would be required. We set up a day and time to meet for the move. Because it was so small, they did not need to come and see the items beforehand. The day before, I received a text confirmation and 10 minutes before our scheduled time on move day, I received another text. That kind of communication and punctuality mean so much. The two gentlemen who did the move were cordial and very respectful to me and my elderly mother. The entire thing occurred without a hitch and I could not be more pleased. We (Metroflex Gym) needed some cardio equipment and weight machines moved on short notice and had a limited time frame to get it done in. Jakob and his guys accommodated us super quickly. They looked at the logistics of moving such large equipment from its original location to ours and were able to fit us in the schedule. We used Elite Moving for a local move. We were living in a garage apartment with a staircase we didn't dare try to maneuver our furniture down on our own. They were flexible with us as we didn't know until pretty last minute when we would need their services. But, they showed up for us when we were ready and got all our large, heavy, and awkward pieces moved out and to our new place safely. They were very professional and got the job completed quickly. Elite moved me out of my apt and into my storage unit, and they just moved my things out of storage and into my apt. I would highly recommend them. Both 3-man teams were excellent. One of the guys was on both teams, so he already knew me. All of them could not have been more polite, and very careful moving my things, as one of my prized possessions is my great grandmother's marble topped dresser. Was scheduled for a Saturday afternoon move that was confirmed by their office with a phone call from their secretary, but they never showed up. No phone call, nothing to possibly explain why they no showed me. I had only communicated with Jacob by email so the only phone number I had was their office with a voicemail which left me no way to contact him, although he had my phone number since I had included it in one of our emails. Elite has up tp date software tool that lets you inventory each room in order to provide a quote. It is user-friendly and walks you through. You will get a text and email with quote and again very user friendly to book quote and pay deposit. My movers were awesome!
