I came here to print some legal documents for a friend. I made copies on the machine first walking in the store. LEON helped me through my transaction and answered all questions I had for him. He was ultra informative about any all things brought up. I also made the mis take of leaving my wallet on the copier with a good amount of cash inside of it. I didn't realize till after the business was closed and called the next day. Leon was a total good Samaritan and put my wallet in the store safe not only was he awesome as a employee leading by example but a wonderful sweetheart for making sure I was able to get my stuff back too. All I did was go in there to get my passport photo taken. They took my photo but it was improperly done and was rejected at the Passport office in downtown Dallas. Had to spend another $30 to get an expedited photo taken while in Dallas. read more

I went to the store and it was super busy, I just needed to pick up some printing that I had submitted online, the line was long but the crew was doing an awesome job to get through the line quickly. before I even got to the counter Leon came up to me and asked how he could help me, as soon as I told him he jumped into action and found my stuff immediately! He made sure to greet every single customer coming into the store and letting them know that he would be with them as quickly as he could, and you could tell he meant that! My prints looked perfect but I realized I needed to laminate them, so I asked him if they have a laminating, and he said yeah I can do that for you! so he went out of his way to laminate my items for me and in the midst of doing that he was able to help other customers with their needs as well. He was kind welcoming and you could tell that he really cares about what he does and making sure customers are taken care of! Whatever you guys are doing, make sure that you make this man feel supported and appreciated, because of his service and his hard work I will be exclusively going to this place for all my printing needs in the future. People like this are special rare nowadays and they deserve to be celebrated. read more

It is what it is: just another FedEx store that is located within your standard strip mall. You walk in, and have to wait a bit since some of the morning crew work a little slower than most. Its almost like the Dunkin Doughnuts guy getting up in the morning, yawning and saying "gotta make the doughnuts." The same vibe can be felt here. A bit ho hum, so please be patient with them. There are several desktop computers on the right side of the wall, yet if you aren't using them, the Wifi acts really weird when trying to use your phone to reference basic applications. I expected a 3G network, yet the signal goes all over the place as if its the Kenny G network. Just ridiculous. But again, the signal that goes to the desktop is fine. Parking within the front of the building is good, yet depending on the time of day, you may want to park in the strip mall portion of the lot due to the high traffic volume of FedEx. The restrooms are located within the rear of the building, and it feels as if you are walking within the employees working area when you really have to go. Overall, this FedEx location meets my needs. Its okay. read more

I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone in Tyler, TX to go to this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center for any printing or copying that you need done. Not only was I graciously provided with assistance unloading numerous heavy boxes of documents out of my car, but the staff at this location was phenomenal throughout the entire process. They took the time to catering all requests and direction and completed the job right. I received my documents back in an organized manner, they were clearly indicated as I requested, and I could tell they handled them with an immense amount of care.
