I was having a rough morning, had to stop in here to get some things printed while on the road, well I left with a smile and the fabulous woman who greeted me (I'm assuming she owns the place) totally change my state by how nice she was. She rang me up and I had to go back to my car for cash, I couldn't use my business credit card for the low amount it was. (My choice not her rules) I told her she needed to raise her prices and she told me that a lot of people can't afford business services so she keeps her prices reasonable so it's affordable for anyone. This UPS is one of the closer ones to me and I don't mind going to it because more times than not,…read morethe place is great. They do tend to be a little slow when it comes to trying to get the line down but I don't mind because they are doing their best. The location is always clean but I do think they can do a bit better when it comes to creating an area for a line. There were times where it seems everyone is in a clump that are waiting to be called and it does get very confusing. The staff is friendly and there have been times I see one or two of them juggling multiple guests because it is so busy and they don't want anyone waiting an insane amount of time. I also do wish there was more workers, there only seems to be one, maybe two, working at any given time so it does make the line and wait tend to get a bit longer. When I go it is only to ship out items I need returned or mailed so I have never had to buy anything when I stop in but the prices are reasonable for shipping, depending on what you need shipped and how heavy it may be!
