Clean. Fast. Efficient. I dropped my fiancee off so that she can return some of her stuff. The staff was friendly and answered her questions and guided her in the right direction to return some of the other stuff that she wasn't able to rerun today. If we need to return more stuff in the future or use UPS Services, we will definitely keep this location open as our option. Yes I recommend this place to others. This store should be an absolute last resort. Do yourself a favor and drive to the locations in Plantation or Las Olas. The incompetent workers in this store are slow to provide service with only one scanning packages at a time, the other person watching as the line grows. They're not even successful at this very simple task and have any excuse why they can't perform a simple task that other locations have no problem completing. There is no wifi or cellular service inside this store either so it is impossible to show them Amazon return codes on your phone. Even when you can do this, they aren't able to use their scanner. Today we had an amazing experience at this store... Service was incredible ask for Jonathan (store manager) He helped us with all our shipping, notary and printing tasks. It's amazing to go to the store and to be able to do all your shipping needs before the holidays. Thank you for everything. Yesterday was not a good experience at this store....... Young lady was not professional and her customer service was horrible. I went to the store to pick up my Macy's delivered package. The young lady said that I could not use the photo id on my phone and asked me if I had a passport instead. I provided her with my work id which has my photo and name. She tells me that my work id doesn't work because it doesn't have my mailing address. Huh! The package wouldn't have my mailing address either. Nevertheless, she requested assistance from Gregory. While Gregory was trying to get some info, she proceeded to assist another customer instead of completing her transaction with me. I told Gregory that the young lady was not customer service savvy, rude, and didn't ask what it was I came to pick up instead demanded that I provide a physical photo id with an address. The young lady then proceeds to yell that she is not rude and insisted that I was the rude one from the back of the store. Very rude! Gregory was able to confirm the tracking info on my phone and provided me with my package. Now had she asked questions to better assist me, the transaction would have not taken the unnecessary interaction that it did. Do better UPS store........ read more
