My crew got a variety of different things so we really got a good sample of the menu. They have all your typical Tex Mex options. I had a taste for beef so I went with the carne asada and added the flameada topping which was chihuahua cheese and chorizo. The plate come out sizzing hot and was a pretty generous portion of skirt steak. It was served with fresh tortillas, rice and your choice of beans. The steak was a little on the tougher side but the flavor was on point. The addition of chorizo really elevated every bite. The rice and beans were good but they give really small portions of that. I ended up taking food home but without rice and beans. Everyone in my group seemed to like their food. I like that they really put thought into presentation of the plates as well. Overall, it was a solid spot. Is it my favorite in Pearland? Nah. But this close proximity to my house will make it very appealing to return.
