Mezcal Rita ( I started before the photo haha )

Absolutely love this place, food is really tasty at a reasonable rate! Service is always good and attentive. The restaurant itself is spacious and has plenty of TV's for sports. Also the mezcal Rita is amazing! Not too sweet and made strong! Will continue to frequent this family owned restaurant.

I had a taste for beef so I went with the carne asada and added the flameada topping which was chihuahua cheese and chorizo.

I have been looking for same white mocha and had yet to find it in over 10 years! Then Hando popped up across from my brother in-laws place. I was in absolute heaven when I tried their white mocha cookie frap. I require one everytime I visit manvel/Pearland. Staff has been so nice. No complaints here. There is a drive through where you do order and pay at the window. Hubs is a fan of their cold brew and lattes. I would say decently strong coffee. Havent tried their food options as i just run of coffee. I appreciate the hours of operations opening early enough so we can swing by to pick up coffee on the way to work! I just wanted to rave about their White Mocha Cookie frap. Highly recommend this you dont know what to try for any first timers.

It was very good and everything the barista said it was made with you could actually taste. The flavors and texture of the frappe were rich, creamy, and had a nice crunch. I would definitely recommend it and return to try another frappe I saw on the menu. Unfortunately, the Mac Brew was a bit underwhelming and wasn't as flavorful. The customer service was amazing, and the ambiance was clean, inviting, and spacious.

It is a wonderful place to gather with friends or family, to study, or just enjoy a delicious coffee and treat on your own! We can literally sit there for hours talking while our youngest plays in the play area. The lattes are really good, and my daughter loves the hot chocolate. The pastries and treats are a little hit or miss. The almond croissant is definitely the winner and probably my favorite thing we've tried. My middle daughter really likes the brownie. She did say she thinks there may be cinnamon or something else added to the chocolate muffin because there was a flavor in it that threw her off a little. The pecan cinnamon roll was pretty good. The blueberry scone, though, tasted like it had maybe been frozen too long? I'm not completely sure, but there was just something about the taste and texture that was a little off. The savory items are good, but I do think they need to work on reheating them. The chorizo empanada had really good flavor, but the outside dough was still soggy because it wasn't heated long enough. It needed more time to crisp up. The same thing happened with the ham and cheese croissant. The bottom was very soggy, and it was only slightly warm throughout. One thing I really hope First Cup considers adding is nutritional information for their menu items. On our last visit, my 15 year old son came with us and wanted to try some things. He has Type 1 Diabetes, and having nutritional information, especially carbohydrate counts, is extremely important because we have to calculate his insulin based on what he eats. The staff did not have this information available or know where to find it. I know nutritional information is not required for every business, but for families like ours, it's not just a preference. Managing Type 1 Diabetes means constantly making calculations to keep my son safe. Without accurate information, we are left guessing, and guessing with insulin can mean his blood sugar goes too high or too low. As a mom, it's hard enough managing all of the daily decisions that come with T1D. My son should be able to go out with his family, try new foods, and enjoy a normal experience without us having to wonder if we are making the right choice for his health. Having this information available would make a huge difference, not only for people with diabetes but also for customers with allergies or other dietary needs. Even with these concerns, we really do love the feel of First Cup. It's a welcoming place with a great atmosphere, and we will continue coming back. I just hope they consider improving the reheating process and adding nutritional information because those changes would make an already great place even better.

Can I give them 10 stars? Wow!…read more We came here on a Saturday afternoon with a group of 6 friends to celebrate a birthday with the High Tea. To begin with, they have free parking which is always a plus. As soon as we walked in, I knew we were in for a treat. The place is so cute and nicely decorated with pink all over which is my favorite color! We started off with the spice tea which was delicious and then we were given a menu to choose other hot or iced teas to try. You can choose as many as you like and my favorite was definitely the raspberry iced tea. The food...so much food! First, the cups of salad: choice of broccoli salad, pasta salad, fruit salad or garden salad (I went with broccoli and loved it) Second, the bowl of soup: choices include tomato basil, broccoli cheese and chicken tortilla which is the one I ordered Third, the finger sandwiches! You get an array of options including cranberry walnut chicken salad, pimento cheese and cucumber. You can also ask for seconds! For the mini desserts they have a nice variety including brownies, pecan bars, carrot cake and macarons. The best part? The price! Our High Tea Experience was $38++ and worth every penny! Lastly, the service was SPECTACULAR! Everyone was so kind, attentive and friendly. Needless to say, I will be back!
