When I went to pay my bill it wasn't what I had agreed to at all. They said that they were all out of the shop inventory filters , so they had to use something else. Mind youThe shop filter costs under $2. The filter they chose to use was almost $11. And they just added it to my bill without even that letting me know they were out of filters I would need to pay for this expense filter. I paid my bill and left. The more, I think of this , though that is deceptive AF. When I made my appointment online , it did not tell me anything about being on a filters and I would be charged almost $11 extra. When I pulled up for my appointment and the employee checked me in not once was anything mentioned about them being out of the normal shop filters and I would also be charged an extra $11 for a different filter. If they would have been upfront and told me right away , I would have rescheduled for another time when they had the correct filter in. As someone who lives on a fixed income and has to budget out everything to the last penny this is a big deal. Now I have to cancel a doctor's appointment because I don't have the gas money anymore. Hopefully nothing is really wrong with my heart and they had me wear this monitor for a week for no reason.

Went to price check some battery terminal cables and the old guy who helped me was an a-hole, just…read morestraight up being a dick in his voice and attitude, and was SO confident on the information he gave me, about MY car that I've owned all my life. Bro was straight up arguing back with me about everything, I wasn't trying to be rude, I had a straight and calm voice the whole time. But he didn't care one bit what I had to say and cut me off mid sentence multiple times. Note he has never seen my car or drove it, and was telling me the model didn't exist even though every other auto shop I've went to never had an issue. It says on the door what the car is. Didn't even bother asking for a vin number or license plate to look up, as every other shop does. Props to the younger new hires working because they're the only nice people there who don't actually seem to hate their job and everyone else around them. Ask for someone else if you get one of those douchebag old farts who think they know everything and won't back down no matter what you say. Go to oriellys or advanced auto if you want someone who, yes may still hate their job, but doesn't take it out on the customers and knows what they're talking about when it comes to vehicles.

I always check work after the fact and they did an incredible, very professional job. They did a pre-inspection and showed me what they did and a post inspection after. I called them like an hour after I took delivery of the truck, when I noticed it. They said they would get me a new one. They called a week ago and said it was in. Since I live 300 miles away, I don't get to Brainerd regularly. But I do get there. Last weekend the topper stopped latching on the right. I bought the topper to keep things dry, dust free and able to not be stolen. All three can happen now. I stopped in a few minutes ago, the guy said I could bring it in on the 14th. I said that won't work. I need it done sooner so I can wash my truck. The smart ass said, so what time on the 14th. I said that won't work. I said is there any place else I can take for warrant work? The smart ass handed me a catalog and said call any of the places on the back. I walked out and wrote this post. Next I will contact the Brainard Chamber, the BBB, The Attorney General and yelp, etc. These guys are the worst!!
