    I was in town for business but had to drop something off and found this location. I found the…read moreemployees to be personable and helpful. The store is designed to make it easy to see where to line up; however, the way it ropes off, it blocks customers from the copiers. That doesn't make sense. Hopefully this is fixed soon. The store is in a shopping center, so parking was very easy.

    I always use this location with no issues, but today was different. I wanted to mail off something…read morewith post cards inside a bigger envelope and have a smaller envelope inside as well ready for a return already paid for. The attendant helping me out wanted to weigh the bigger envelope without all the contents that would be inside of it, to which I told her if it's a weighted item, everything that's going inside the larger envelope should be weighed. After going back and forth for much longer than needed to about what should be done, she decides to do as I was asking (despite her attitude written all over her face). She mentioned it would be a bigger charge and to which I am fine with because on the way to the original destination, everything should be weighed for accuracy, but the smaller envelope should be weighed separately with the contents that will be returning to me. As I was leaving the store, before I could even step outside the building, I heard the other staff (Brooke) say, "you were right." With other customers still in line, we're is the decorum? Anyway, this staff needs to be trained to not talk about customers in front of current customers.
