He ended up throwing in a free throne seat with the purchase of a 24 month warranty. I had the privilege of speaking with three different employees, plus the manager Mike, and the kindness and professionalism was superior! As a female who knows NOTHING about instruments, I was a little nervous going in and being sold overpriced items due to my lack of knowledge. However, I was SO wrong to be worried! Mike even found out I was scammed out of a $100 gift card and decided to honor that discount anyways. I would happily drive back to Waco from the Tyler area to purchase from these guys again!
