When a business cares, takes customer feedback and concerns seriously, it shows. They were apologetic in professional way, offered me to see Dr Khosla at not extra charges. They also added a free red light therapy (which was complete surprise) On the day of my appointment, the front staff (again like my previous experience) was super nice, friendly, professional. No wait time, I saw Dr Khosla immediately. And now I can truly see what other reviewers meant, Dr Khosla is very empathetic, warm, professional. Her care and expertise shows in the way she treats the patients. I felt all my concerns were heard, not rushed. I went ahead and started with the recommended treatment. She told me to numb a little longer so I would be very comfortable. She did my treatment carefully and kept asking about my comfort level. After she finished, her assistant Heidi applied a cooling mask and then set up for my Daxxify. Since I was numb and Lesley was so gentle, I didn't feel anything!
