This is the first time I went to this stadium for a concert. I have been to a football game but…read morethis experience was a bit different. I attended the Chris Brown/ Usher R&B tour on Saturday. Fortunately, our seats were located in a suite so we were not subjected to the weather which was great. However, getting to the suite was a headache. We were told that the doors to the suite were opening at 5:30pm for the 7pm show so we got in suite E line pretty early and ended up standing in line for 45 min. They only had one metal detector and 2 elevators working and wouldn't allow anyone to use the steps. I am getting ahead of myself. Prior to entering the stadium people were crowding and their were no distinct lines of organization for entering the stadium so everyone was everywhere. The staff were not very helpful either as they were lollygagging with guests. Once we were in the stadium we entered our suite which was great. We had food and drinks. However, the food was first come first serve so you had to get their early. Also, their were 45 people in our suite and we were only given 5 bottles of liquor and once the food was gone their were no replenishments. Beside the the food the view was great. The quality of the sound system and the performers were outstanding. Overall, it was a good experience. Not sure if I would return for a concert though.

The stadium is actually not as bad as people make it. The lower seats are actually quite nice…read more Staff are friendly and food selection is decent but drinks are sky high expensive. It is true not located near much and traffic is awful. It's quite a walk from Metro and some games and many concerts end after it closes. Hence the new DC stadium will be a welcome change plus having large concerts in the District on 3 metro lines will be a huge plus. The first game against the Seahawks (go Hawks) in 20 for Monday Night Football on the upper deck in 2021 was not impressive at all but beat the experience of the Dome in St. Louis. The upper deck in Baltimore is way better. However our last experience several rows back in the lower deck near the end zone for the Sunday Night Football game for a nearly sold out crowd in 2025 was amazing. While the Commanders (then Washington Football Team) beat the Seahawks narrowly in 2021, the Seahawks beat them in a landslide in 2025. We felt bad seeing poor Jayden Daniels get reinjured though.
