    The goats are very friendly.

What a wonderful experience! We reserved a goat play time for 4 adult and two kids (5 and 3). Our guide was so friendly and welcoming. We got to pet and feed goats whole learning about each. Lots of time for photos and questions. Afterwards, we visited the chickens and each kiddo got to help find eggs. Again, lots of great information and time for photos. When we finished, we visited the pumpkin patch and farm store. Great experience. Not too busy. Everyone was incredibly welcoming. We're excited to come back for the holiday lights.

10/3/2021: this place is great! this mom group i'm in on fb posted about it yesterday. they have chickens and goats to visit with. they have a pumpkin patch. they have a little farm store with: lav room sprays, candles, ice cream, and goat milk lotion. they were all gone during our visit at 2pm, but you can call the day before to reserve: eggs, bread, and apple cider donuts. cute family farm owned by an army veteran. i looked at their website and it also looks like depending on the season they have: strawberry picking, blueberry picking, and a sunflower field. i'm a big fan because it's in northern virginia. so convenient as a kid and fam fam activity. CASH OR VENMO ONLY!

Such a great experience at this gem in NOVA. We had a nice time with the games, music, art, activities and the store. We're super excited to visit for seasons to come. Love love loved our time today

This little "hidden gem" truly is a gem! Took my 19 month old here on a Sunday, not really knowing what was to be expected. We showed up and it was such a nice quiet farm with so much land. We checked in at the farm store and met Lorenzo (the owner!). He personally took us around his farm and stayed with us the entire time. We learnt about all of his goats, chickens and the other animals on the property. My son was in heaven! He had no fear. Fed the goats, held some chickens and even got to pick some eggs from the chicken coop. We ended up buying a candle from the shop and learnt so much about the farm. Love that it's word of mouth only, we will definitely be going back!

This place is LEGIT! As we drove up, we weren't sure, but you MUST try this place. Ice cream is fabulous. Great goats milk soap. Friendly owner (thanks for the warm welcome Lorenzo!).... Support small businesses!

A solid 3.5 stars. But will give him 4 because I'd lean forward rather than back on this place. Very cool to experience the chill vibe coming from this farm. It was not too crowded, it wasn't too loud, it wasn't stressful. Very peaceful, as a farm should be. The small farm had ample parking, a small but plentiful selection of goods to purchase (although they ran out of cider donuts for us to try). There were not many pumpkins remaining but they displayed the ones they had in a fun way. They offer goat and chicken petting for a small fee per person. The bottom line is that this is a small family owned and operated farm. It takes work and they are doing a great job providing a place for folks to come enjoy that small farm feel. I asked the owner why they didn't provide more for the kids to do, he said they wanted to preserve that small farm feel and let kids focus on the farm. I'm happy we made the trip to support. I enjoyed getting to know the owner.

We really felt that we're offsetting owners' costs by helping them get a tax break in addition to the shamefully expensive entry fee for tickets for an art festival that was, sadly, not really a festival. Probably less than 10 vendors and only 2 food trucks. No music. No party- or festival-like atmosphere. It just felt like we were walking the grounds of some wealthy people who charged us a ridiculous amount to be there for an hour or two. Bathrooms are in portable trailer, so if you're not a fan of portables, you'll want to hold your bladder. Their 250-year old house of which there was much pride sounded more interesting than the gardens, and a tour of that would have made the visit slightly more of a value. But like others have said, if this was run as a non-profit organization, it may have made the high entrance fees slightly more easy to swallow. I can't see their current business model being a successful one unless only very wealthy people take an interest in visiting, financing, and renting their facilities. They have taken landfill & turned it into a pretty place, but for the average family, it's too expensive and not sufficiently entertaining or educational to make a trek out to visit really worthwhile. BLUF: Skip it unless they put some amazing work into the property, reduce entrance fees significantly, and let the public visit more often.
