This store is HORRIBLE! DO NOT SHOP HERE. The owner, a former Syracuse football kicker, is a terribly unethical man who cheats people out of hard-earned money on a daily basis. He does his best to come of as kind, warm-hearted, and caring. But in reality, he is a scummy, low-life businessman who evades taxes, overcharges for his products, and does NOT refund customers for mistakes made on custom-embroidered clothing. Here is my story: I placed an order with Shirt World for 10 black and white hats with the Greek letters for Phi Sigma Pi on them. When I received the $260 order, they came with a glaring flaw. The embroider put an 'E' for Epsilon in the middle of the hat instead of the symbol for sigma. When I contacted him to correct the mistake, he refused to refund me and refused to remake the 10 hats. On multiple occasions - both in person, over text, and on the phone - I had specified the name of our organization: Phi SIGMA pi. The embroider, too, repeated back to me the name: Phi SIGMA Pi. I had done this several times before the transaction ever took place, yet the embroider still botched the design! Again, NEVER DO BUSINESS with this DISGUSTING man and his SHADY business. read more

Guy Dave is a true perv. He take pictures of teen girls. he had a whole conversation about my friends breast. He told my friend there was no dressing room and to change in the back and no one was watching. I then pass him and he is on his phone watching my friend. we get up to the register and he typing on this old register where he then puts in prices way more then he said cause it was a 2x. no where did it say that price was $5 more. and as we are cashing out he kept referring to my friends breast in a joke. I'm glad i only have one more year. guy is a true freak. I ordered hats from these imbeciles, and they MESSED UP the order! It was quite simple, too: three Greek letters on a hat. That's it! If you want custom clothing for your organization, GO ELSEWHERE. Shirt World is the worst establishment to have ever been erected on Marshall Street. The business practices of the owner are putrid at best. When I ordered 100 shirts for my Sorority, this shit hole store ended up making 25 shirts and charging me 40 dollars per shirt! BUYER BEWARE. They activated a significant charge on a credit card after the buyer left the store and did not take the merchandise. Initially the card was declined and then they allowed the charge to go through a few days later without authorization and are refusing to reverse the charge. This post will remain here until they do.
