The receptionist was very nice and professional, she made sure everything was signed payment handled discreetly. Jose called me to the back to prep me and explain everything as well as asked me questions. I was going to be given IV anesthesia and was very nervous. Jose was very nice he made me feel at ease even offered a blanket because I was cold. If I could take Jose and the anesthesia home the visit would've been fantastic . Dr Keyser came in she was very friendly, I have small veins she found one in my hand on the first try, felt a burning sensation I was out. Perfect! I awoke to Jose being as nice as can be, he placed the ice pack around my head and wheeled me to the car and safely placed me inside. They don't have a lot of reviews and I'm sure it's for a reason. And of course after this review is…read moreposted, they will probably try to have their friends and family that may not have received their services to sworm the reviews to filter out or drown my honest review, but I'm sure that's easy to spot. I'm writing this review because I WISH someone would have written a review on their experience for me. Please stay away from this place! If you don't want to read the lengthily review, you can watch the video review here: *please note that before writing this review, I have left TWO messages for this office to try to get them to correct their mistake and I have yet to hear back since June. This office does lack integrity, standards and couth and most importantly talent.* I'm giving this place one star based on the customer service of the woman with a Afro (Mary Ann) that works the front desk and Dr. Fraser. I came here on 6/2 to receive information about an implant (a consultation) and Dr. Fraser was the doctor that gave the consultation. He was rude, impatient and not very interested in being there. Asked him about quicker options and he said well you could get a "flipper," if it's just for cosmetic reasons. I asked him is a "flipper," something that you just remove (I'm obviously unfamiliar with the term) and he says sarcastically " yeaaa, that's why it's called a flipper." I decided on a "flipper," denture because of the extended time I would take to have an implant done and with Dr. Fraser's attitude, I knew I did not want to go through that process with him. On my paperwork, I has a wire to the flipper so I asked Dr. Fraser will the wire show and he says NO. (This Is important, remember this). This dental office is out of my network, but I don't care about out of network or in network when it comes to paying for what I want/need. Let's go to 6/16. I called the office to see if my flipper was ready and the woman on the phone told me if just came in today and she could work me in. Sounds great! I walked in at 2 pm and it was a full house of elderly people. I paid the remaining balance that was owed ( this was my first mistake) before being seen. I went back to the chair and my flipper was placed on and it was loose, and moving and missing the wire that was written on my "treatment plan." (Keep this in mind). I asked about the wire on my flipper that I paid for and the assistant said, they forgot to put it on. She went back and looked at the computer receipt and it was on the receipt. My flipper wasn't complete and the tech said he could put the wire on today. I go back to wait in my car. And hour passes by and I have somewhere to be so I walk back in to say I can come back tomorrow and darker skin woman with the Afro, Mary Ann (remember her from above) says "the doc isn't here tomorrow, you gone have to wait." And I asked, how much longer will it be? and she cuts me off with an attitude and says loudly "you can wait today or come back next week." With the rudest attitude as if it's MY fault that they forgot to do my flipper correctly. A hygienist went back to ask, and returned and said it would be a few more minutes. Ok, I go back to my car. The woman with Afro (Mary Ann) comes back out and tells me "the wire is put on, it was on because it was missing from your prescription. It'll just be $100." Well who's fault is that?!? They tell me to try it on, and low and behold, the flipper no longer fits and the wire is showing. And after all of that, the tech ripped part of the gum line on the flipper when he was removing the wire so now there is a gap between the flipper and my real teeth. "So what do you think we should do with that $100? Keep it or give it back?" I clearly said give it back. She says "is that what you want. Then alright." Ma'am, what the heck?? Dr. Fraser " I never said the wire would not show. I know wires show." Sir what?!?! I would never have gotten the wires. Then he says "I'm not going to argue with you about this, I work for you." He says there are acrylic options that don't show, he could have told me those option my first visit but again, Remember in the top of my review when I said he was more concerned with being sarcastic and uninterested in assisting me? This was certainly a waste of time, money and energy and I hope this prevents someone else from wasting all three. You can be the nicest person with the greatest attitude but the woman with an Afro (Mary Ann) will still have a issue with you. I think they treat people like this because they maybe are use to mostly dealing with older people, or maybe people who may not have the income to go somewhere else or maybe people who's insurance will only allow them to go here and they only take xyz insurance so those people may not can't advocate for themselves, but I can.

I am very disappointed with the quality of dental work I received at Arena Dental Group. I have…read moreexperienced ongoing issues with multiple fillings, including having to get them redone repeatedly. Dr.Candace does not take her time and rushes. I don't think she really cares. After seeking care from a new dentist, I was informed that several of my fillings were not done correctly and needed to be replaced. The shape and fit of the fillings were off, which has caused continued problems. In one case, a filling was done improperly in a way that allows food particles to become trapped underneath it, leading to an unpleasant odor and concern about long-term dental health. These issues point to a lack of precision and attention to detail in the work performed. Dental procedures, especially fillings, should be done correctly the first time to avoid unnecessary complications and additional treatment. I hope Arena Dental Group takes steps to improve the quality and accuracy of their dental work to prevent other patients from experiencing similar issues. I paid for a lot of my fillings out of pocket due to insurance maxing out just for them to be done incorrectly. Now I'll have to pay again to get them redone. Not to mention they will reschedule your appointment without notifying you. I showed up several times and the office was closed during regular business hours. Overall just not the greatest care I've received.

I chose this practice because they have listed on the website that they provide sedation dentistry which is true to a certain extent. You won't be put to sleep but you will be prescribed medication to help you relax through your treatment if that's something you feel you can benefit from during a visit to to your dentist. The staff have all been so accommodating. I've had to come in between appts. due to new dental issues popping up and they've listen to my concerns and got me in as soon as possible. I have real trauma from past dental treatments and dental offices along with having a medical condition that doesn't allow me to lie flat on my back let alone with my head tilted back. I've had anxiety attacks just preparing for dental appointments for fear of having another dismissed/painful/mistreated experience. I say all of this because I feel I've finally found a dentist and dental office that understands the patient's perspective and is so Informative so I know why and what needs to be done for my individual treatment needs. It means a lot that I can voice that I really have issues with coming to the dentist as a fear and them not be defensive but understanding that past experiences have made it hard to make the appointment let alone sit for work every other week to get my teeth in an ideal state. I couldn't be more pleased with the gentle treatment that I've received at Arena. They have really done their best to accommodate me understanding that it's challenging for me. I'm excited about getting my work done with Dr. Thomas. Everyone was very nice and professional and kept a smile on their face. Once my consultation was complete, I scheduled my surgery and I was out the door. On the day of surgery, I arrived early as instructed, and again, the service was amazing. The staff. Was punctual and professional and covered my procedure and post-care with me in full and ensured I understood and was comfortable. When Dr. Collins started the extractions (teeth 15 and 16) he ensured my mouth was numb. The seating was very comfortable. I was able to zone out as the tv was playing and I felt no pain at all. Just as I was beginning to pay attention to the show, the extractions were complete. LoL!! Not only was Dr. Collins professional, and amazing, but he is the extraction whisperer. I swear it was no more than 6 minutes. Wow!!! Professional, Service Focused, Knowledgeable, and Time Efficient. I have found my new oral surgeon. I normally don't care for dentist but he's patient and understanding when it comes to those with anxiety. I'd recommend this office to others but they're also available with other offices throughout the city. Also if you're trying to get a Saturday appointment it's super hard to get in because those appointments fill up fast but luckily they're open late on weekdays Here to get a temporary filling taken out and the permanent put in. I'm a little disappointed I don't have the usual assistant because she is always on top of things. No notes are in my file so I'm in here telling this assistant today everything that's been done to my mouth and the issues I've experienced. His demeanor isn't the best I'm not sure if it's too early for him or not but it's a little unsettling. Just waiting for Dr Shearin now who's memory is really good with myself and others I know.
