They…read moreare taking necessary precautions by taking temperatures, covid symptom surveys, and spacing the waiting patients out. The wait time was not long at all either. I worked with Tequila for my deep cleaning which can be very painful. She was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, wasn't unnecessarily rough, and was extremely efficient. I was in and out in less than 30mins. Deep cleans have to be done in 2 visits so I made sure to request her for the second session as well. I strongly suggest that you request Tequila but not on any of my visit days because she is already booked. Haha!

No call back to date. After doing some research, I know I should've done it before getting services. I realized that I most likely will never get a call back. This "business manager" provides the same two canned responses to most reviews and "manages" multiple facilities/chains throughout Georgia and Florida, all of which have one to two star ratings. Right now I am fighting an infection, which my original dentist had to prescribe an antibiotic, because for some reason the endo that performed the root canal did not. Hopefully after I complete treatment, i can put this entire terrible experience behind me.

At check out the lady told me that I would be contacted in 3 weeks since my insurance is different from other dental insurance (Gwinnett County Schools). She wasn't clear and concise. So I walked out with a loose tooth, no teeth cleaning and a tentative call once insurance is verified. I was nothing but a number.i will not go back to a place where patient care is not a priority.
