The visit was well over 2 hours. While I was waiting I notice a testing room with a window and it was dark and 2 young ladies were in there talking they were there about 10 mins and got up & left. One of the girls came back to the waiting area I was in and called me back. The front desk staff were very friendly, nice & willing to help. The building was very odd shaped which made it difficult to find the front door. I've decided to find another eye specialist.

Despite my teenage daughter browsing their selection for nearly 2 hours without choosing frames from them, they maintained their friendly, non-pushy attitude and really seemed to care more about my daughter's happiness with her choice than about making a buck. She's 15 and must have taken 20 pictures with different frames and "twitted, or twitterd, or whatever" to just about every friend she has... "Do you like these or these?"
