During that service, they accidentally broke my air filter box. To their credit, they replaced it at no charge, which was the right thing to do. However, once I got home, I noticed another issue. I called, and they told me to bring it back so they could double-check their work. After re-inspecting it, they claimed the problem was unrelated and quoted me an additional $2,500 for repairs. I declined due to the excessive cost. The frustrating part came when I picked up my truck--they charged me another $150 diagnostic fee, despite initially saying they would recheck their work. When I questioned it, I was told, "Sorry, my manager says we have to charge you." That was enough for me. I won't be going back.
