I have been seeing Dr Manish Raval for about 1 year now. He has been prescribing me 2 medications…read more 1 for anxiety and one for sleep. I went to my appointment yesterday and was told by him that he is abruptly cutting me off of both medications that day. I could not believe what I was hearing. Any medical practitioner knows that this could easily result in life threading seizures. When I said that to him he told me I was threatening him and became very rude and nasty. He even told me not to address him as "Sir" and I must call him Dr. Regal. I got the feeling that he is very scared of something. He had a woman I had never seen before following him around and taking notes. This man told me if if I have a seizure just got to a hospital.... Sure... I'll drive myself while I'm seizing to death over to the hospital. Do not go to this so called doctor.

HE DOES NOT LISTEN TO A WORD YOU SAY, speaks over you and walks out. I am a combat vet who went to him after I was tied to get off of the pain killers the VA had me on. I wanted a 90 treatment plan. Not only does he continue to ask me if I need more, he has the nerve to ask me (after him being my PRIMARY CARE DR if I "shooted it or sniffed it"? My immediate response was so confused, so I asked "shooted what?" He reply's "the heroin"! Tears immediately came to my eyes. I've never even seen heroin let alone have any experience with it. (And absolutely no judgement to anyone who does/has) but for over a year my blood pressure was between 165-180/96-118!! Never once was I sent to an ER, had an EKG, he didn't even acknowledge it until months later when I proposed we get a handle on my B/P. This dr's office is NEGLIGENT, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND SO POORLY MANAGED. If you care about your health at ALL, I beg of you do NOT put your life in this mans hands! You will be treated like you are a burden, you will wait over an hr and a half AT MINIMUM and I will challenge anyone to the truth of this statement....he will literally spend under 2 mins with you. He is NOT A PRIMARY CARE DR AT ALL! Even his employees said that his family that came in to help him run this legal drug house are going to run it into the ground. I was told I had to lose weight and find a boyfriend, when I was explaining how badly I was in pain. I begged for 2 hrs for him to send me for an MRI. Of course handed me pills and brushed it off. I recently found out I have a tumor at the base of my spine. I do not want this man to hurt anyone else. Please choose another dr!!!!

However, following my disputing a prior bill which their office had failed to follow up on, Dr. Saladino refused to see me for a scheduled medical appointment and even refused to come out of his office to speak with me for a few minutes. In addition, his office manager also refused to speak with me. The receptionist informed me that I would not be seen or be medically treated unless the outstanding bill was paid, even though it was disputed.I was told This was the practice's policy, in a curt and very rude manner.. I followed up with a heartfelt letter to Dr. Saladino which I hand delivered marked "personal and confidential." His 'reply' was a form letter discharging me from his practice. If a dehumanizing experience is what you seek, look no further!

They are rude and have horrible phone manners - they don't take messages. Doctor's hours are reduced to 2 days a week: Tues/Wednes from 10-4:45 or 11-4:45. Her staff in the office are not professional. They have no phone manners and it feels like your calling someone's house. When at the office- staff are on the phone on 'personal calls' and place incoming calls (patients) on hold for long periods of time. They are loud and don't speak proper English - more like 'Street English'. While the doctor is thorough, she takes too long with patients - you should not be waiting over 1 hour to be seen, then 30 minutes with the doctor, and another 30 minutes to check out. Physician does not have any affiliation nor credentialed for privileges with neighboring hospitals: Vassar, St Luke's, Orange Regional, St Francis.

I like how when she first meets a new patient, she listens to our concerns shows empathy for our pain and suffering, and diligently to find a solution to our problems, which is amazing. Miss Taylor also knows that I am overweight and she's there to help me lose weight so I am very insecure about my weight . That means a lot to me. When Miss Taylor tells you she will send your prescription. She doesn't wait 3 to 4 hours. She sends it right then and there and wish her nothing but the best in life truly you deserve it.. #1
