If you shop anywhere else, you'll be disappointed. Shock is very well managed and operated, I needed a large amount of high quality t- shirts with various colors...And logos on the front and back along with a add on for shirts with pockets. Nathan walked me through the whole process, helped me with the vector file, picked out the shirts and size and placement of the logos. My Son and I are Very Pleased with the quality of shirts and the color and logos are Spot On. Nathan quoted me a three week window and was finished in Two !! And the cost was very competitive !! I'd love to go one less star, because not only was this bad customer service, it was a complete screw job. Contacted Nathan over at Shock about a week before I needed my shirts. We spoke on the phone, where I told him exactly what I needed. He told me to upload the files, and I did. He event told me via text, "Ya I will take care of you man. I will email you some polos tomorrow with exact quote have a good night." This quote never came. He needed payment info, and I gave it to him because he seemed very confident he could get it done. Then.....nothing. Text Monday....no reponse. Text Tuesday....and I got THIS response: "I don't know what color or size you want the shirt so I don't think it can be done in time." WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!? So, the information I gave him on the phone and via their online designer....apparently got lost? Or not written down? Or for gods sake not at least confirmed several days earlier when he said I was good? So, Nathan just screwed me over, and now I have to try to find a provider on 2 days notice, which is nearly impossible. I guess he figured this order wasn't worth his time, so screw me. As a business owner myself, this is completely unacceptable. If you say you're going to get something done for a client, you do it. No excuses, no whining, just do it. Backing out when you KNOW its going to screw them over is inexcusable. read more

I emailed Shock Custom Printing over a weekend about an order I needed (mine was for tee shirts). I received a response on Monday. I emailed them the artwork and we verified everything I needed. On Tuesday I received a mock up via a text photo and also a live chat just to make sure I was happy with the product I was seeing and if any changes should occur. No changes and yes I was happy. By the end of the day Tuesday the order was completed and packaged for shipping and I received the tracking number for shipment the same day. The turnaround service is/was amazing. Nathan's printing shop is huge-- they handle a ton of projects and I'm actually pleasantly surprised they take on small orders like the work I need. The level of work done by his shop is always consistent and I've been happy with it. I used another printer prior to using them, and while they were good, I'm happier with my experience at Shock. If you get on the phone with Nathan, he walks you through the process so a newbie like me gets it. He has some really cool offerings for businesses where he will print and ship your items for you so you never have to see it-- I aspire to get there!!!! The customer service here has always been really great. He even emailed me to check in after he hadn't heard from me in a bit Bc he wanted to be sure they didn't do anything wrong (they were fine, I was taking a breather from my business). He manages expectations and he has never over promised and under delivered. That is hard to find in many businesses. It's sooo important when you're running a small business to have reliable vendors and Shock is reliable! I recommend this print shop! read more

Shock is awesome. We've used them a couple times for smaller jobs (100 shirts or less), and both times they over-delivered. We received the shirts before our 'deadline.' The work was exactly what we were looking for (retail-quality stuff) - we did heat press and DTG prints the first time, and this time we did a water-based screenprint with a faded feel. Nathan especially went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were looking for - I appreciate that he takes time to talk through the details of a project, even if you're a small fish. I was so happy to find a printing shop that was able to do printing in small quantity (at an affordable price!) and without taking weeks to make. When I called the shop I spoke with Nathan who was very helpful and patient with me as we figured out exactly which product would work best for what I needed. Almost immediately after getting off the phone with Nathan, he emailed me with options and a breakdown of pricing which allowed me to quickly decide what to go with and place the order. The order was only 6 shirts, but I needed them to all be different colors and have different colored fonts, Shock was able to accommodate.
