These guys are so awesome. Personable and professional. Their digitization fee was less than 1/4 of every one else I spoke to, and the embroidery was cheaper as well. I spoke to the owner a little and he really knew his stuff. most importantly, they didn't have a minimum order. I was able to order items off of Amazon and have it shipped to them, and they had the embroidering done in a few days. The finished work was so awesome. Ordered custom stoles for our graduating class and they turned out amazing and were some very high quality stoles. The only thing I wish they did was offer us a more definite time frame of when the stoles would be ready or an estimated date. I had asked them a few different times throughout a few months with emails to make sure they were there before our graduation date. They said they had sent a response about a week before the stoles were set to be finished, but on our end we never received it or the email system failed us. Regardless of this mishap, we gambled and bought stoles from elsewhere and we told them our situation and they didn't really seem to want to look into our situation so we paid for them regardless. But glad the stoles came out great and happy to support a local family business. read more

If you're looking for Greek letters this is definitely the place to look. Sharon's customer service is fantastic. She was always happy to reschedule, speed up the letter process in time for reveal, and gave great deals compared to other similar companies. She can do custom letters on any sweatshirt you give but the sweatshirts she has in stock are the price she paid for them and fit great (I would suggest getting a size above what you would normally get though). The letters came out fantastic and even have a custom made wolf logo on the sleeve. After using her once, I am definitely going to recommend her to all of my friends looking to get letters. read more

I have made a total of three sets of sorority letters and two tote bags with this company and have been very pleased each time. They have a wide variety of jackets to match your style and colors to match everything else. They are able to use cloth that you bring them and take great care in one on one consultations. THESE PEOPLE KNOW WHAT LOOKS GOOD TOGETHER. Trust them, they've been at this for a while. Aside from sheer looks Show Your Spirit ensures quality. This may cost you more, but it is worth it. The 1/4 zip jackets are particularly nice. The one issue I have ever had with them (colors of thread got switched) was resolved with no effort on my part Often times you will meet with one of the co-owners or else with one of their well trained representative. This company has accommodated unique requests such as creating an original path of a Disney character to allowing me to try on sweatshirts for size a few times! My club needed stoles done at the last minute and SYS was more than willing to take on the project! We've contacted many local companies and mostly got no responses, and the ones who did respond weren't able to make them for us. Or had bad reviews, which made me very hesitant to continue on with those companies. Sharon was able to discuss details over the phone and text all the prices to me. She was very quick to get back to us for a quote. When I contacted them, they were closing for vacation in a week, but they were still able to complete all the stoles within about 5 days! We had 6 done, and the embroidery is fantastic. They were able to make big and bold letters of our club acronym by using fabric that was the same color as the thread and embroidered around the edges. They were also able to embroider on a tiger design that I had! (I said that an iron on would be ok if they weren't able to do it considering time constraints but they went ahead and did it!) I had an awful experience with this company. They made a mistake on the hoodies I ordered. They delivered the boxes to my event and when I opened the boxes I found that the design was incomplete. When I called they said there was nothing they could do but they would refund me a portion of my payment. Being stuck in a bad situation my client and I agreed and decided to accept the partial refund and use the hoodies even though the design was incomplete. When I checked the refund this company had only refunded me less than half of the agreed amount. I don't conduct business this way and it's really sad to see that others aren't true to their word. Started working with Show Your Spirit in 2013 when an entire chapter's letters were ruined by an independent printer. Not only did Show Your Spirit work over time to do so many big/little letters for us, not charging us a rush fee and getting up insanely early so girls would have them before initiation which is at 6am, but they also accompanied girls to the independent printer to make sure the girls were refunded for the awful work from the first printer.
