He is a very knowledgeable young man who listened to my needs and made very sound recommendations. He checked my feet on a scanning device that verified what I had told him and helped me to find shoes that I am very happy with. I also bought insoles for low arches which are wonderful, and sandals with good arch support to wear around the house. Associate tells me that she keeps telling them they should carry some. Wandered back to look at the clearance shoes (just to see if there were any I can't live without) and went up front to purchase the items I had found. Inquire if the associate knows what length I need for my Sketchers (I was wearing them, seemed prudent) and informed she doesn't know. She only wears the slip ons. Told her good luck if your puppy/cat chews on them. Fine, corporate doesn't feel the need to carry replacement laces but shouldn't the associates have some sort of idea of the lace sizes? I for one can never figure out the length and constantly buy the wrong size. Customer service should be more than ringing up your purchases. They already don't help with getting boxes down for you nor sizing. Will I be back? More than likely, I own quite the collection of Sketchers so mildly addicted. Do I expect more from the associates? Yes.

You can find tons of cute dresses and tops in here. The staff is usually okay. They haven't ever went above and beyond, or delivered excellent service but I guess it hasn't been terrible either. The thing that will forever stick out to me is the prices of the items in this store...it absolutely blows me away to see what they think people will pay for some of the items. I've bought quite a few things here but I have seen things for hundreds and hundreds that aren't even really that nice or "designer"... My most recent visit here, I was trying to get a fitting room but one of the staff members was helping someone else and didn't even respond when I went up to her asking for a fitting room. The other lady was patrolling the clothes they had outside their store. I just ended up not getting the item since I was having no luck getting a room. All in all, I think they have some of the cutest clothes in Billings; I just wish the service and pricing was better.

Furthermore, I was only interested in browsing the store maybe purchasing a new toy, not visiting the "theatre" or whatever it is that goes on in the back room. I recommend you move your "Papers Please" policy back toward the backroom entrance and allow your patrons to browse your wears without your invasive ID requirements. I won't be returning until then.

However, an amazing staff member the night I was there who was helpful in answering my questions and an overall friendly atmosphere. So while I was slightly disappointed that there wasn't an "anything goes" thing like the one review for the Loft said there was, I'm still overall impressed with the store in general. And as Stephanie says, it is clean, well-priced and easy to navigate.
