We drove an hour and will be doing so forward to come here. We were assisted by Juliette and the owner with the utmost care. When I explained her issue the owner steered us away from a more expensive shoe we were interested in and suggested several that were a better option to keep her toes from pointing inward. The recommendations were spot on and we were amazed by how straight her feet were and how she wasn't falling in the shoes. The fitting process was very low stress and truly excellent from these women and my under two granddaughter had a fantastic experience!! This included a decent array of size 14's which can oftentimes be a problem to find. I found a pair I liked quickly, tried them on, they fit well and there you have it, sold! Walked in today with a coworker and I couldn't find it on the rack. *tears of sadness* I browse the sale rack as I morn in silence. My coworker said "is this it". A light from heaven shown down with all it's glory as she held up my beloved chevron black and white maxi skirt. "YES" and I snatched it. Thank the good Lord it was a large. I would have probably bought it anyway if it were a small and squeezed my thick'um thighs in it. (Don't judge...you know you've done that before). Here's where I get irritated. I'm happy and I asked the sales girl to hold it for me as I need to go back and get my wallet. I could have sworn she rolled her eyes in her head and I politely said that I would be back...no need to worry. She just grabbed it and said "Name?" wow....someone's got the Monday blues. I have seen a podiatrist and foot and ankle ortho specialist with no solid solution. Today, I went to the East Blvd CRC location planning to get another temporary fix to hold me off for a vacation before ultimately buying a custom insert, but I left with solutions! I worked with Armani and he was AMAZING. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and determined to solve my problems. After over an hour of listening, studying my issues, and trying out options, we found 2 great shoes that gave me instant relief. 10/10 recommend this shop and working with Armani if he's around!
