Usually when I come in, the few salespeople working are spread out on the floor, but each one eventually comes by to greet me and ask if I need anything, or if I have any questions. I've found them all to be friendly and doting. Their boot selection varies from shipment to shipment but I've bought two pairs of boots from this location specifically because of the service, selection, and the great prices. I realize that other western stores may have higher end boots like Lucchese, but if you're a collector like I am, then you get a lot more value here than anywhere else. I'm a fan of supporting the mom and pops (shout out to Scott Colburn and Howell Western Wear), that said, I like Cody James boots. My girlfriend bought me my first pair for Christmas.
