I took my watch to be repaired at Starnes. They didn't have the parts to repair it. So they sent it…read moreoff to have it fixed. I did not hear from them for a LONG time. Yesterday I called them. They DID have my watch. They apologized but I wasn't even mad. So I picked it up. It cost me $165 to have it fixed. Then last night when I was taking it off the band fell apart. Starnes watches are expensive but worse quality than what you get at Wal-mart.
