(Pun intended) Staff is friendly and they are helpful and happy to find the shoe that fits! If you are visiting Hot Springs on a Girls Trip or just taking in the sights in the Lake Hamilton area, consider this place to visit and pamper yourself with Nordstrom quality shoes at a DSW price without the awkward cast offs or overly funky shoes. Since I am out of town, I have them sent directly to my house unless I plan on being in Hot Springs when the boots are delivered. I have found the personnel at DC to be extremely helpful in finding just the boot I wanted. They have called the boot maker on more than one occasion to help fill my order. In spite of an odd size, they have always been willing to take the boot back in case I was not satisfied. I do not buy boots without checking with Discount Boots first and nine times out of ten, they have a better deal.
