I have dealt with them for more than ten years and have bought several pairs of Lucchese, Ariat and others. Stores rarely have my size in stock, so all of my purchases are special order. Since I am out of town, I have them sent directly to my house unless I plan on being in Hot Springs when the boots are delivered. I have found the personnel at DC to be extremely helpful in finding just the boot I wanted. They have called the boot maker on more than one occasion to help fill my order. In spite of an odd size, they have always been willing to take the boot back in case I was not satisfied. I do not buy boots without checking with Discount Boots first and nine times out of ten, they have a better deal.

When it was my turn at the counter, the employee checking the customer out in front of me, left without saying a word to me, and turned the register over to the employee that ignored me. He proceeded to check out the lady BEHIND me without even asking if he could assist me until I said I guess no one can see me and walked out. As I was leaving, he asked what my question was.
