Even for being busy, I didn't hear anyone being rushed. One lady took quite some time, tried on a few shoes, but then ended up saying she wasn't ready to get shoes today. The person helping her was super awesome about it, no pressure, no big deal. I loved it. Mackenzie asked us what we were looking for and as we explained where we had challenges, she was great at asking questions to make sure she understood. She had us walk so she could see if we pronated, etc. Mackenzie brought out several different brands, with different drop levels. She was so incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time she spent helping pick the right running shoe. First time coming here, but will absolutely come back!
