No one helped us while they continued playing and goofing off with boys. I walked over there after the young men left. One of the girls asked me if I was finding everything. I told them I'm waiting on someone to help my family. They just looked at me. I walked back to my wife and asked loudly if anyone has come over to help them yet and the sales staff all looked at me with a surprised look on their face. I said I'd take my money elsewhere. Not one of them asked if they could help us or make it right. But thanks for letting us try on some shoes from the shelf. My kids know what size they need and I'll order them from an online dealer. And people wonder why brick and mortar stores are disappearing. Good luck Vans in the mall. You're gonna need it if you don't find some strong leadership in your store on the closing shift tonight on 7-20-2019.

I have purchased several sun dresses here now. I'm actually wearing one of my faves right now. hahaha If you have a free spirit, love being a flower child in the summer, like crystals, items from Bali and tons of hand made jewelry you're going to love this store. Lots of unique gifts, something for everyone. Right now everything in the store is buy one get one 50% off. Great experience with online shopping. There are so many options for face masks when I wanted…read morefabric ones. I selected pick up in store options for my mask orders. I believe that Old Navy has the best price for fabric masks at 5 masks for $12.50. The current price seem to have drop to half the price, $6.25 for 5 masks, which I am quite excited about! The quality of the masks are great! There are 3 layers of fabric per mask and you can choose between ear adjusters or regular masks. Plus there are so many different colors and patterns to choose from. They have toddler/kid's masks too, which may not be the best fit for kids 9 years and older. They shrink a bit but are the perfect size for my 3-year old daughter. The pick up experience was not that great. There were 2 cashiers with 1 customer each. One cashier finished ringing up the customer, then just lean back and chill/chit chat. They did not even notice there were several customers waiting in the 'online order pick up; area. I had to say aloud, 'Excuse me, I have a pick up'. TLDR; great price for face mask
