Products vary in prices but a lot of them have good discounts, up to 40%. There's huge wall at the back where they put up the shoes that have additional discounts. Over the years, I have been to this store many times to purchase t-shirts, shots, shoes, and any other Nike product that got my attention. Most recently we went to buy shoes for our daughter. I was surprised to see they had many good shoes for kids too. The stock of sizes were also excellent. On multiple occasions we were able to find shoes between 11K - 13K sizes. The prices were excellent, as most of them had original price of $55+, but with discounts they were under $35. The store is generally crowded and messy. There are plenty associates who work at the store at all times, yet it's difficult to keep the store tidy. Checkouts usually have 4-6 registers open, yet there's often long lines, wait time between 5-15 minutes. Despite some of the minor issues, shoppers love this Nike store.

After two years most of the inside is broken the ice machine doesn't work you gave up trying to call the "owner/salesman" and vowed to never walk in the store again. The person who came to measure the apartment was friendly and professional as well. But the biggest shout out goes to Billy and Emil!!!! I cannot believe how hard they worked to get the job done. We had heavy furniture that they took care of without a second of annoyance. They were patient and thorough with the job which made us happy because we are just starting our home together and want it to be nice. BC and N is lucky to have these two working for them. Such good guys.

Problem is, some of customers pull the shoeboxes out and then don't put them back where they belong. Isaiah approached us, almost immediately, asking if he could help? Considering it was Christmas shopping season; he's the most cheerful person I've run into in a long time; it was refreshing. I asked if they were on commission? He replied "No". That really surprised me. Sales people generally tend to work a little harder, when they're on commission as opposed to a salary. He assisted us and found what she was looking for in her size and style. Also like having a personal shopper. We continued to look around a little, just in case she found something she liked better. There is plenty of stock on hand in a variety of price points and styles. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful, cordial, and professional. Checking out was quick and efficient.

"in a few minutes" Since I came by appointment with the store empty when I arrived except for the owner (and former repair person) and the new repair person who I just wanted to help me with configuring, my Apple, iPhone and laptop (@$100/hr cash only which I was happy to pay) I found this needlessly obnoxious. They have entirely changed their customer, friendly business model from a few years ago. Their right so to do. My right to go elsewhere and publicize why.
