Unable to assess competence since after waiting a half hour to be helped (with five other customers coming in and being dealt with meantime) I got , did you get owner would not interrupt extended phone call of repair person, who had told me he'd be with me. "in a few minutes" Since I came by appointment with the store empty when I arrived except for the owner (and former repair person) and the new repair person who I just wanted to help me with configuring, my Apple, iPhone and laptop (@$100/hr cash only which I was happy to pay) I found this needlessly obnoxious. They have entirely changed their customer, friendly business model from a few years ago. Their right so to do. My right to go elsewhere and publicize why. read more

Rude people walk in wanted to browse . Looking at prices for new iPhone cable. They ask me what I needed. Said I was browsing looking at cables . Guys says to me we don't allow browsing and that there was a sign saying that. Very disrespectful to a possible new customer. I can imagine how they interact with others. I wasn't going to write anything however this vendor is less than customer service oriented. When I first ordered I accidentally ordered three of his top of the line devices. Admittedly I was slow in returning two of them and ultimately was unable to get a better signal with the device anyway and requested to return the third. I agreed to pay for the outbound and return shipping AND he added a significant return fee. I figured I would not complain because I would like to have been able to comeback to him at some point. WELL that was a wasted effort. I should have filed a chargeback for the excess charges as I recently tried to order another device and he refused my order. All I have to say is this man is legit! I have purchased TMobile router because it was the only thing available at the time. Speeds were mighty slow for streaming multiple tv's. A friend sent me some videos of different antennas and such and one of his reviews came along for his routers. So I reached out to him and was very friendly and very knowledgeable of what I was looking for. Received it and as promised, it was plug and play. Alfredo is the Jedi Master of electronics!! The man knows his shit period! I've always been weary of third-party repair spots, why? I have no freaking clue and no valid reason not to use a repair center like this place. Maybe I'm conditioned to take my products only to apple and let them suck every last dollar out of my bank account for repairs. Bravo to apple for making me think only they can fix my products but I'm no longer fooled by that marketing tactic. Thankfully I decided to trust that someone has the ability to repair my apple products other than apple. I took my iPhone XS Max in for some major repairs; front, back and battery. Alfredo was up front about costs and turnaround times. I was explained my options and dangers of trying to save a quick buck in the long run. Hello everyone. I just finished the "setup" on my router I purchased from Alfredo. A little back story. I have been running a Mofi4500 for the last three years. Wasn't a bad device, but maxed out around 40MBPS. My area has recently updated the towers to 5G (I live way out in the country). So I contacted Mofi on three different occasions asking which replacement router would be the best. They recommended one and shipped it to me. Once I received the router, I could not get the thing set up and connected. I spent several HOURS on the phone, to only be told that they would have to reach out to the manufacturer and get back to me. I even tried to get them to activate the sim they sent with the router and that didn't work. I eventually returned the router and am now waiting for my refund. So the search continued. Alfredo, fixed my Toshiba laptop, it has been acting up for over 7 months. Took it to an I T place in Florida 3 times with no resolution. Brought it over to Mobile Rescue in Chester, told him what it was doing and left the the machine there one day. He called me the next day and had diagnosed the problem. I gave him the go ahead to fix it and he had to order the board, after 5 days the board came in and I brought the laptop back in. Visited Alfredo because my son dropped his phone and cracked his screen to smithereens. Thankfully, Alfredo fixed it in a total of 19.5 minutes while simultaneously diagnosing another customer's mobile questions. He is quite an exceptional professional and his customer service skills are unparalleled. For example, as soon as I walked in and noticed him consulting with another customer, I took a seat to wait. Immediately upon sitting, he noticed that his customer was waiting and politely excused himself momentarily and quickly asked if there was anything he could help me with. Once I told him the issue with my son's phone screen, he immediately began removing and replacing it as if he were a machine diligently fixing the problem without any hesitancy. Alfredo has helped me out with a couple different issues on my family's electronic devices. He replaced an old battery in my wife's laptop that the Apple store wouldn't touch because of how old the model was (2010). Another time I thought I had a loose lightning charge port, but it turned out that wasn't the case and he fixed it on the spot in 5 minutes.
