Suddenly, another associate came and started to check her out instead of telling her that I was there waiting prior. This is a highly sought after sneaker so didn't think the store representatives would just let someone ask for the biggest size. Boy was I wrong. I get it, the shops just want to sell the shoes and make their money, but each shop should have some rules for shoes that are highly sought after. Like not let people just ask for the biggest size. Have them write down or ask for 2-3 sizes, if they don't have the sizes, then they can move to the side and wait until the whole line is done before letting them just grab whatever pair they want. Also the guy in front of me got my size so I got super salty because he was one of the guys saying he's just asking for the biggest size. One of the representatives had stated that they had just sold the last pair of my size, so that really annoyed the crap out of me. These retail shops know what shoes are really sought after and which ones will probably sit for a while. I did like that they only allowed each customer one pair to purchase, either one men's or one GS pair. Not sure if someone can get in line once they make their first purchase but heck at least they had that rule. Unlike other shops that let people grab two to three pairs all at once. But Chris still offered to size me up and then do an inventory search at other location. He had my foot scanned on their machine and pulled out the shoe for me to try on... but in brown. He even recommended a set of insoles based on my foot scan. He then conducted a search and found one pair in my size and color available at another location. Chris was very knowledgeable about Red Wing products, even telling me about the features of different models, and history! A few days later, I went to the other location that had my shoes in stock.. Their staff was useless. I told them what shoe I was looking for and they just handed me the box. No assistance with fitting, sizing, or anything. I asked them about insoles, and they just handed me a random pair that were too thick and uncomfortable. Since they were the only store that had my shoes in stock, I purchased them there, but returned to the Granada Hills store to get the insoles that Chris recommended.

You can get shoes for the whole family from babies, kids, boys, girls, men, women, grandmas to grandpas. They have work shoes, tennis shoes, heels, boots, and they have menswear from tshirts, hoodies, jeans, New Era fitted caps, and beanies. They have the best prices in town. It's a small business so sometimes they don't have every size available, but if they have it, it will be at the most affordable price you can find. Support your local businesses.
