I really like this location, especially because it is well stocked with the most popular shoes and the sizes my kids actually want. Jordans, Adidas Sambas, and other hard to find styles are usually available. Parking is in a nearby garage and locals get one hour of free parking. I wish locals had a little more time, but since the store is close to the garage I can usually get in and out without paying. Once inside, shopping is easy and the prices are sometimes even better than Amazon or other shoe stores. I have also picked up clothing here in the past and been happy with those purchases too. I'm only giving Shoe Palace 2 stars because of the poor customer service. I found my favorite shoes- Air Force 1. For all the staff working, they weren't interested in helping me get the shoes. They were all tied up in personal conversations. The young guy who finally helped me pick out my shoes was exceptionally nice and apologetic. He took my shoes to the register but couldn't ring me up. Literally, we stood there and listened to the lady & guy hold a whole conversation in front of us. Finally, I was going to walk off and just leave. The young employee asked them to please ring me up. The lady went through the process but wasn't friendly or engaging. The Apple Pay nor the tap didn't work. Her comment was, "it's an old system." I got my shoes. They got my money. The Caesar's Palace of shoes! This place has all sorts of cool kicks as well as clothes for babies, kids and adults. I ended up buying a pear of shoes for my son - Allen Iverson's Classic Reebok "The Answer" for an unbelievable price. Needless to say, my son loves his shoes and I love this store. I called about Kobe shoes . They said fcfs at 1pm I asked for size 12 they said they have 2. I get there at 1230 the lady at front says if nobody comes by 1 u can get it. Placed two orders minutes after getting a notification from them of a sale starting. Woke up the next day and the orders were cancelled. I had two friends that this also happened too. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes the only answer they could give me was inconsistencies in their inventory system was the reason for the canceled orders. I guess they just got a nice 50k+ interest free loan from their customers. Would not recommend whatsoever. read more

The shoe selection here was great. Mostly the newer trendy type. The prices, for being in Las Vegas, are actually not too bad. Yes, there is a slight markup, but overall they are okay. Service was great here too. A gentleman welcomed us as we entered the store and came around a few minutes later to see if we had any questions. I requested a few shoes to try on, and unlike some other stores that are always out of the typical men's sizes, they brought all of the shoes out. They have active attire here as well. their phone lines do not work. that's why i'm leaving a review of 1 star. i needed to do an exchange for a shoe that did not fit. i called every shoe palace in las vegas for an exchange to avoid coming in and i couldn't get an exchange, i called a different shoe palace for this locations phone number on file and the other locations also have the same number that's out of service on file. i show up to get my exchange and they don't have the size. i even saw their phone on the check out counter and tried calling myself. phone is out of order. please get this fixed as i was probably not the only one trying to call this location read more

I went to this store yesterday. The woman who rung me up was extremely rude. Obnoxious. I went to pay for my items. I was the only person in line. The woman was at the cash register, folding shirts. She just ignored me for 10 minutes. She just kept giving me dirty looks. I had no interaction with her prior to this. In the meantime, she yelled at several of her co-workers (maybe she was the manager?), very loudly. The entire store could hear her yelling. Then after 10 minutes, she looks at me and says, "Are you ready?" Uh, yeah, I've been ready for 10 minutes, genius. She rang me up, yelled at her co-workers more, and then didn't bother to say thank you or any other normal pleasantries. She was just mean and cranky and full of herself. She acted like she was too good for that job and like she was better than everyone else, including the customers. Another customer came by to pay for her items but she witnessed that behavior and left the store. Overall, a horrible experience. Shoe Palace, do better. read more
