Dear Nike Customer Service Team, I am writing as a long-time and loyal customer of almost 30 years. I've always valued your products and the quality of service I've received, which is why I'm extremely disappointed with the experience I had today. I have owned over 100 pairs of Nike and also have purchased them for my teenage son since he was a baby. I recently purchased a pair of football cleats for my son, who does not live in the same state as me. I came to find out he did not like the color, and because he lives in a different state, this is what caused the delay in being able to ask for an exchange. When I requested an exchange, I was told that this was not possible. I did not even want my money back, I would have been pleased with even a store credit. I found this response disheartening, especially given the years I have supported your brand and the trust I've placed in your products. I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but I would have expected more flexibility or at least some consideration for a loyal customer. This experience has left me questioning whether my loyalty to Nike is being valued. I was offered 20% off, which is insane to me because I used to get a 20% off coupon every year for my birthday and I don't even receive that anymore. The whole interaction left me extremely frustrated and I'd like to know what can be done to make this right. It's really the way the company does business now without valuing each client and everything is so robotic, not personable it's very much Nike has become very entitled to where they stand in the sneaker or athletic world to treat people of less, it's unbelievable that such a huge brand actually told me to 3rd party sell the cleats rather than help me just exchange it. I've been to many Nike stores on this trip. I would estimate around 20. This has to be my favorite. They have every Jordan shoe from 1-30 on display behind a glass case. OMG! I would love to get my hands on all of those. This store is huge. It has two levels. Men's is on the main level. Women's and kids is on the second level. I didn't get a chance to see the second floor as we were in a rush to make our reservation for lunch. They had a lot of inventory on the first floor, all kinds of clothing and shoes. I saw NFL jerseys and also Nike Las Vegas gear. I have not seen that at any other Nike store. The workers were pleasant. They approached me and asked if I needed help with anything. I came here during the busy EDC weekend. When I walked into the store we were greeted by a worker. Let us know if we need anything, they are more than happy to help us. We were super pleased that they had hubby's new Jordans in stock. I was checking out the bags and saw something I liked online. I'm so happy that they had it in stock! Most Nike outlet stores are trash and waste of time to go in. But this one was very nice and actually keep quality sneakers on hand. One of the works that was helping with shoes had an attitude. It was clear she was overwhelmed. Put once I threw a couple jokes at her to show "we come in peace," she was cool the rest of the way. To our complete shock & surprise they had one pair of Lebron 8 Southbeach! That is unheard of at normal retail store that doesn't have a crazy markup. They only had a 7.5 which made me very sad, but my wife extremely happy. Grabbed them super quick. She may keep them or flip them. Either way it was a big win. read more

I went into the Nike Las Vegas really with the idea that i would just browse around and not really want to buy anything. There are Nike stores back home, so why not buy it there, right? The store itself is two story: men's on the first floor and women and children on the second so I stayed on the main floor. They had a nice selection of items. I noticed a few things i liked so i snapped pictures figuring I'd get them online because I didn't see my size. A rep came up, asking if I needed help and I asked him if they kept stock in back. He checked the item and let me know he did have some in the back which he then went and got for me. This saved me some time having to look it up when I got home so I was happy about that. The store is super organized and the team working there kept up with the demands of COVID-19. Sanitizer was available and the checkout line was a smooth process. Happy to go back ASAP to spend even more money that I shouldn't, but what's the fun in that right? Definitely recommend this store. read more

Located inside the Ceasars Palace, Nike Las Vegas is a nice place to view some old favorites. There was cool display exhibit of Air Jordan's Sneakers from inception to 2016. If you are a Jordan Shoe aficionado, this is a nice exhibit if you are in the area. This was a really roomy store, with some new items Nike was rolling out. There was a big display of soccer apparel at the time I visited. Alas I didn't really find anything that I wanted purchase but the display of Air Jordan's were pretty cool to see. read more

Nike Las Vegas at Caesars Forum Shoppes saved me from myself. Heh. We had tickets to see a concert at the huge Allegiant Stadium over a weekend and I needed to figure out what kind of cute shoes I could wear to dinner beforehand but that I could still walk in at the show. Before my trip I bought some cute metallic Ecco brand sneakers that looked a bit like Converse but they were leather with some good arch support. They were super comfortable right off the bat so I wore them to Las Vegas and thought nothing of it. Figured I'd wear them when we were walking around shops and gambling and also to dinner and the show. Welp. They really are the magic combination of cute, supportive and comfortable and they will work someday but they were not prepared for the insane amount of walking one does in Vegas. Not to mention the airports beforehand. I've been there enough times that I should know better but alas... I chose poorly. After one day I had developed a gnarly blister on my heel and a couple angry spots on my toes. The usual tricks of moleskin and bandaids just weren't really working and of course I hadn't brought my regular everyday tennies from home. Of course. Meh. So, my dear SO was like - Come on.. we gotta fix this. And into Nike we went. I tried on a few pairs and ultimately picked out some cushy but supportive Air's. The relief was immediate and my sales associate helped me get a little discount as well which was very nice. Later that night we went off to dinner and the show and I was way more comfortable, happy and able to enjoy myself, which was priceless. read more

Each of the times we come here, we run into new Nike inventory at discounted prices. Obviously, if you want the latest styles, you won't find any of that here, but you can still find a lot of timeless pieces here at great prices. I found my favorite pink Cortezes here in my size, and majority. of my husband's workout shoes are from here. The store is also clean and organized for the most part. Came to this store after work to buy a pair of shoes for a friend of mines. When I walked in there was no greeting or anything. I decided to walk up to an associate and ask for the size and make of the shoe. Immediately another associate went to grab the shoe I wanted. The part that made me feel uncomfortable was the asian or Hispanic security guard eyeing every one down as if we were criminals when we just wanted to shop. Also the customer service I received when checking out was horrible. The associate had a buy and go attitude and was very short with me. I came in around 8 or 8:10 pm on Dec 21st. I would like something to be done about the discrimination in this store to paying customers and will contact whomever I need to make sure every one feels comfortable shopping here no matter what race you are. read more

My trip to the Forum Shops is never complete without stopping by NikeTown. It's located next to the Cheesecake Factory near the aquarium. The store is always neat, organized, and clean. As you browse through each section, there is always an employee willing to help you. They have many cool displays on each floor and my favorite is the history wall of Jordans. If you're going to the Forum Shops just for NikeTown......there is a back entrance near the mall bathrooms [end of hallway next to Bath and Body works]. I love Nike despite the sweatshop issue. I get my workout clothes and shoes here. All of my KD's I've gotten from here. This one is located between Cheesecake Factory and a gallery behind the aquarium at the Forum Shops inside Cesar's Palace. Kobe's, Jordan's and KD's...Manny Pacquiao, American football, Barcelona futbol, Christiano Ronaldo - shoes, shirts, caps, jerseys, etc. Things you'll need for the gym/ sports. I got yoga pants, running pants, yoga wraps, KD VI Aunt Pearls, jacket, cap and tops on my last visit. The employees here are chill, friendly, helpful and so far, they've answered all my questions. They don't act like vultures wanting to make a sale. Some of the pants are $120+, some are $50+ so, I easily spent $800+ the last time. There are reasons why I keep buying Nike stuff over the years - they have nice designs and they pretty much last forever. I like the layout of this store. The first floor is for football, basketball, futbol and men's section. Second floor is for tennis, golf, running, yoga, kids' and women's section. read more

I'm an Asics fan, nonetheless, I like to visit the Niketown in Las Vegas when I'm in town. A few months ago, I was waiting for the fuel band to come out west. Previously, you could only buy the Nike Fuelband at the NYC location. A bit far from me and though my sister lived out there, it was always sold out.
