I saw the positive yelp reviews, so I thought, why not give it a try. My favorite boots needed new heel pads (I think that's what they are called? The rubber parts on the bottom of the high heel?). The shape of the heels are not typical. Mr. Lee took a look at them and asked how much of a hurry I was in. I wasn't, so he gave me a return date two weeks away. I just picked them up, and they are perfect. And the price was very reasonable, given how much I've paid before for people to destroy my shoes.

It's located in the shopping center at the intersection of Gunn Highway and Andersen Road. Gunn Highway Alterations sits at right-angles to Winners Sport Grill, and I discovered it over the weekend when I popped into Winners to watch some of the Olympics events.The shop is run by a very sweet Asian lady named Esther Yoon, and she's only been open for about a month. On Saturday, I took in some pairs of dress pants that needed the waist taken in, and expected that it would take several days for the alterations. Amazingly they were ready by lunchtime on Monday, and her prices were incredible. The worksmanship was fantastic, and I will definitely be going back with some more alteration work for her.
