The curtains came back and the seams were not straight and did not fall properly. I two other '50 panels they were just to iron, came back with chocolate or poop on one of them and they looked burnt and off white (no longer the white color they were). After discovering this, I went back the next day. The owner was nonchalant but said she'd fix it. They'd correct the crooked seam and dry clean them all and spot clean the one with the stains. I went back several days later to pick it up and they attempted to fix the seams, dry cleaned all the curtains and all of them had shrunk (severely!!!). They were all now discolored. They reimbursed the alteration and dry cleaning cost but I had to throw the curtains away as they had shrunk about 7 inches and now cream colored instead of white.

The clothes weren't simply hung at shoulders or folded and put over hanger; these were meticulously placed so the clothing would remain wrinkle-free and unstretched! The hangers were covered by the light blue drycleaning protective bags. I don't ever take that care with my clothes! The folding was so precise and uniform, I didn't want to take it out. No kidding, when you are disabled and have many, many needs - you notice details like this. And -- it is AFFORDABLE!! I'm not impressed with the fit of my jacket and the pants are a bit too short. Also, I was charged for an alteration which was not performed resulting in having to leave my pants for almost another week. Somehow I was charged even more than the original quote. Lastly, when the tailor was actually there and saw me try on my suit he offered no feedback and really seemed to not care about the fit. On a positive note, they did successfully sew a button correctly on a shirt I brought in.

The website doesn't have the latest updated schedule. Your best bet is to always call ahead of time if you are under a time crunch. In my case, I was called Friday and was told my clothes are ready. Unfortunately, I'm not anywhere near that area so I'm going to have to pick it up on Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. Planning ahead works for me, but many people wait until the last minute and alterations are one of those things you need time for. Other places may accommodate you, but I'm sure you won't get the same quality. Actually I just realized that this was sitting in my drafts waiting for me to finish my overdue evaluation.
