The second you walk in, you are smacked with a kaleidoscope of patterns, textures and colors! The boots department will blow your mind! I've ne r seen such unique one-of-a-kind boots and shoes in all my born days! Yes, they were a pretty penny, but I'm sure the wearer will get oodles if compliments and feel fabulous! I found a cozy, cool spring sweater, a pair of owl earrings and a pair of sparkly "readers" for bargain prices! Most of the items are brand new, some are gently used, and some are upcycled! For example, I saw this cool handbag: it was made from soda can tops and trimmed with leather. Absolutely fantastic! Much of the jewelry and purses were designed by local artists. She has only been able to wear crocks & slippers. Her feet stay swollen so I wasn't sure what size she was. Daniel patiently assisted my mom into the store. He sat on the floor and helped my mom try on shoes. This is the type of service that makes me loyal for life. I will go out of my way to find a Rack Room Shoes whenever I need something. I came in on a Friday night , a few minutes before they were going to be closing. The staff greeted me soon as I walked in. I was able to browse around the store. Initially I didn't see anything but I did find a pair of white Sperry slides that were reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find a second pair at 50% off. No problem. I was pleased with my one pair. They do not accept wallet pay here either. Overall, this was a cool visit. Customer service was friendly at checkout.

They are organized and her shop is always neat and clean. She prices the items in such a way that you feel you've gotten a good deal, and the items sell quickly!
