We placed a small order for our small business. We were told the cost and agreed upon it prior to print. Went to pick up prints and was charged 3x the amount. Addressed to owner that was not what was agreed upon and owner could care less. Tried to give the owner the opportunity to make it right but he told me we could discuss this all night but he wasn't going to change his price to reflect what he originally quoted. So sad and unfortunate. Will be praying for his heart and attitude toward his customers to change.
