So I bought my daughter jumpers from their store but they said they don't monogram the jumpers. Then I asked if I brought in polo shirts from another retailer could they be monogrammed here. But the sales associate was either miss informed or just sprouting whatever she thought was correct. Telling me that the school only wants uniforms bought at their shop. Which I knew wasn't true because the school also has a contract with LandsEnd. But I was try to save money by buying local. But they don't even monogram the uniforms there! Why even sell them to me when you know you can't fulfill my needs? Just really disappointed with the lack of knowledge about a client (the school's uniform policy), then confusing parents because you have no idea what you're talking about. Now I have to take everything back. Ugh
