Athertons Shoe Shop of Worksop is located to the top of Worksops flailing high street. It is a…read morerather big store for a shoe shop and specialises in the over fifties footwear, especially womens footwear. The shoes offered are practical in both their design and their colour choices and are usually made to a pretty high quality. However, for this quality there is a price tag, with a pair averaging at around fifty pounds, for the local area of Worksop i can assume this is a vast amount to be paying for shoes and many just opt for the charity shops instead, which worksop has in abundance. However, if you have the cash and need a decent pair of practical durable shoes then this is the place for you!

However, nowadays their adult shoes have morphed into stylish comfy shoes. Their shoes remind me somewhat of Hush Puppies in that they are good looking but you know that you could wear them all day for work and then dance the night away without a Scholl Party Foot in sight. I particularly like the range of womens boots that they have in this season which look both practical and stylish. They also have some genuinly funky flats. What you can also expect from Clarks is good quality service in all aspects; staff who are trained and good quality materials.

They do a good selection of women's shoes and boots in various styles to meet everyone's needs. The prices are about average for leather footwear. The non leather shoes are same sort of price as Topshop but could find much cheaper in Primark for the same kind of quality of soles. They also do a good range of trainers with a few exclusive designs for the office chain as well. The staff are friendly and helpful and will be happy to go and fetch your size to try on no matter how many pairs!! It is good to fashion and classic styled shoes.

Schuh in Meadowhall is one of the many footwear brands inside a shopping centre which includes the…read morelikes of JD Sports and USC, the latter being the place I eventually made my purchase from. The store layout is basically one of your average Schuh store, it is okay. The range of shoes here was also decent and included brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Ted Baker, Adidas and New Balance. The stock of those shoes was okay, yet I did struggle to obtain a certain pair in my size. The staff here still seemed helpful enough and helped get my shoes to try in a satisfactory length of time. The prices here I've also found to be quite good and cheap, often better than rivals like JD Sports when combined with the MyUNIDays offer if you apply for it(currently 20% off but often 10%!) This is overall a decent store and warrants a solid three-star rating, choice in terms of higher end brands such as Hugo Boss and ensuring they have a wider selection of sizes in the shoes stocked would be a good way to improve.

It caters for both women and men and is fairly equally split unlike some shoe shops where the men's section is very small. They offer a good range of style of shoes, boots and trainers. In the women's they have brands such as red or dead, rocket dog , Clarks and irregular choice if you really want something different. There is a good range of trainers as well from a few brands. It can get really busy though but the staff try the hardest to look after everyone. Prices are about average for schuh range but get a bit pricier for some of the other brands.

I tried to put my point accross but to no avail.I bought my daughters last school shoes from ASDA and they lasted about 6 months.I dont think the service I have had from CLINKS is acceptible as I think any childs shoes should last a lot more than 3 days bearing in mind that she has not been able to run about and jump about for those 3 days at school as was advised by the hospital to take it easy and so she stayed in at playtimes and lunch break I will definitely be taking this issue further and will NOT EVER BUY SHOES FROM HERE AGAIN.!!!!!
