Since I had never made such a request, and have been dealing with an onslaught of realtor inquiries after my dad died, I called back to let him know I wasn't interested. I double checked how they had my number, and it turns out I had signed up for their emails years ago. Fine. No foul there. But when I told him I wasn't interested (politely at this point) this is the question he asked "What's the problem?" Sick of the predatory realtors who have been circling like vultures ever since my dad's death, I told him more forcefully what the issue was. He laughed, was rude, childish and an all around brainless brat about the whole thing. If you want a real estate experience in which you can tell someone no without them becoming a five year old, look elsewhere.

We bought a house completely renovated by Leslie 3 1/2 years ago. Within months the flooring was…read morebeginning to buckle and lift in some areas. Our agent contacted Leslie who said there was nothing she could do. She gave us the name of her contractor who also said there was nothing he could do and said she "cheaped out on the floors. (His words). We Contacted the floor company who said the warranty is only good for the original purchaser. Which meant they were under warranty for about 2-3 months before we bought this newly renovated house. Fast forward and the floors are so bad they were lifting and cracking and tearing up my feet. We gathered the time, energy (we're both seniors not in great health) and money and they're getting replaced this week. Lo and behold there was NO moisture barrier on the floor between the cement and the flooring!!! In light of the other things falling apart or not done well I'd never buy another house from her, nor would I recommend her to anyone else.
