It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that. But when I told him I wasn't interested (politely at this point) this is the question he asked "What's the problem?" Sick of the predatory realtors who have been circling like vultures ever since my dad's death, I told him more forcefully what the issue was. He laughed, was rude, childish and an all around brainless brat about the whole thing. Why are you listing a property in wildomar if you can't show it? I don't have a realtor so I'm only working with the listing agents and have toured probably a dozen homes. No other listing agent has had a problem showing me the home THEY ARE LISTING. I was baffled. Plus if I would've made an offer on the home, they would've double ended the commission. I feel sorry for the home owners of that property. I hope they find someone else to sell their property.. who actually shows prospective buyers! I am now in escrow on another house. Could've been the one in wildomar but we'll never know now
