Guy measured my foot, gave me the wrong size. Upon getting the right size, I went home and tried on the shoe and a piece of the shoe fell off instantly. I went to return the shoe 2 days later, following the 5 day return policy/ 30 day exchange. He refused to do anything except offer to glue the piece back on. He then touched my face and got closer and closer. I told him to keep away and I called the cops. I never got my refund or a new pair or shoes. But shoppers beware, if you do not heed this warning and go in anyways, be ready to dial 911 immediately. read more

I was really surprised to see that this place has bad reviews. My mother, sister, and I have been shopping here for years. Sam and Alana are so attentive and I've never had a bad experience. Sam is amazing - there must be a few hundred different kinds of shoes, but if you point one out to him he'll tell you what sizes he has and if they run too big or too small. If the shoes aren't the best fit, say something and he will add insoles/grips/padding to make it perfect (sometimes you have to buy them, but sometimes he throws them in for free). And he's never tried any funny business with me. Maybe I'm not his type, haha. I don't mean to be defensive or to question the other reviews - I'm just saying that they're not in line with the experiences I've had. I suggest checking it out for yourself. working in retail I find it amazing that customers feel the need to take there pets with them every where. Also no other customers seem to mind. BUT a man dog sitting in his own store is not acceptable. If you are scared of this animal. No maybe you should stay away. Do you Know state law you could have a pony in a retail store. Immediately when I walked in Sam and Bonnie greeted me it was an amazing experience I have never walked into a shoe store and was tended to like this. They both were helpful with choosing the shoes that are perfect for the event, taking into consideration comfort and style. I definitely recommend this store, especially after three weeks of shoe hunting and not finding the perfect shoe. I went to Shoes etc today for the first time, they have an excellent selection of fashion shoes and comfort shoes, the owner was very nice and helpful. I brought 1 pair of Bernie Mev shoes and one pair of Cape Robbin shoes. The prices were great, they had Italian made leather shoes for around $69. I will definitely go back there again. read more

So, OK, I went in because my cousin purchased a dress there and I was loving the dress and went to see if they had it. First time ever in this store. I did read the reviews before I went in and was on my guard about the owner that 2 people are calling a pervert. First, let me say that they had some nice clothes there priced from low to high. Very different pieces. Shoes were abundant and didn't seem badly priced. I didn't find the exact dress because, as they explained to me, the owner picks up clothing and some pieces are limited. I found something similar, however not exact. The price of this piece was a bit steep but I decided to give it a go anyway. I'll decide after I try it on at home whether I will return it before the 5 day retrun policy. I want to also add, that the woman who worked there was extremely nice, informative and helpful. The owner was ok,,, I can see where he might have been a bit as described by the other two reviewers because while I was trying the clothes on he kept telling me that I should come out and model them. My Mom was with me and he claimed it was so she could see me. I spoke through the dressing room door and said that she should come over to me and that I would stay put. I wasn't taking any chances being ogled by him. As I was purchasing the clothing I had tried on, the woman asked what my cousin's name was and when I told her she delightfully proclaimed she knew her and her sister. I'm guessing my cousins are regulars there. I felt more comfortable that I would be safe since they knew my relatives. I'm sure they wouldn't want to lose them as customers. Lol. I was not going to even write a review but I had to. I go there all the time and I was satisfied most of the time. I'm really disappointed with the manager. I was in there about a month ago and I almost got attacked by his dog. He states that he was pet sitting. I was so horrified that he gave me a glass of water and he apologized. Thank god I'm an animal lover so I forgave him. I also told him that that dog should not be in the store. All forgiven...NO. I decided to go back to the store last week and was surprised to see that the owner still had the dog in the store. I walked in the store and the female that was there wanted to know if I needed help. I politely told her no because that dog is in the store. He will never get anymore business from me. read more
