The caulk along my chimney flashing had failed, causing water to seep under my roof, causing damage to the ceiling under my front porch. Luckily, it hadn't done any damage inside the house yet. I allowed them to replace that area of the roof: shingles, underlayment, repairing the flashing along the chimney. The price was reasonable. Not the cheapest, but you don't want the cheapest work; trust me on that. It's been a couple of months, many rains, and the area that was replaced is doing great. When it comes time to replace the whole roof, I'll be calling Army Ants again.
